Jonathan Franzen, author of The Corrections (winner of the 2001 National Book Award), How to Be Alone, and The Discomfort Zone, will have a public discussion with James Wood, Harvard professor of the practice of literary criticism, critic, and author of The Irresponsible Self: On Laughter and the Novel. Franzen and Wood will sign books after the discussion.
