This long running food and wine pairing series features wines from California, Oregon, Washington, and Italy; including Cardinale, Allegrini, Spring Mountain, and Hedges, that will be showcased as part of many themed dinners, such as Battle of the Cabernets, Meritage Madness, Super Tuscans, and the Rising Stars dinner. Master of Wine Clive Coates and Chef Daniel Bruce will work together to meld some of the greatest wine and cuisine combinations to ever please your palate.
