Turns out that Formaggio Kitchen isn't the Hub's only cheese shop. As part of its series celebrating local purveyors, Vela hosts Brad Wasik of Wasik's Cheese Shop in Wellesley for a night of cheese education and tastings, while chef Frank Santonastaso serves up his signature Italian fare.
