Please note: The cost listed in the Table Talk newsletter was incorrect. The corrected cost is $100-$125 per person. Celebrate the last hours of 2007 with a five-course prix-fixe New Year's Eve dinner at restaurant dante, including caviar, kumamoto oysters, potato spuma, beet tartare, pasta and lentils, fresh black truffles, cotechino sausage, beef Wellington "Italiano" with seared foie gras, porcini, speck, fig, and salsa frutti di bosco, and baked Alaskan, vanilla gelato with chocolate cake and sour cherry amarone sauce.
