With opera singers, hip hop performers, poets, playwrights, and actresses all under one roof, this Boston University sponsored event is sure to draw audiences from all walks of life. This celebration of the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. will feature a panel discussion of King’s lasting influence on the arts and individual performances by the wide range of artists participating, including rap artist Talib Kweli, opera singer Simon Estes, and actress Anna Deavere Smith.
