Peay Vineyards Wine Dinner
Winemaker Andy Peay of Sonoma's Peay Vineyards teams with Excelsior wine director Brahm Callahan and chef Eric Brennan for a guided tasting and four-course meal. Sample dishes such as roasted Sonoma squab with seared foie gras, and venison with Oregon berry compote, all matched with Peay wines.
