Peter Max's Amazing Technicolor Paintings

Peter Max is an artist among the celebs, and a celeb among artists, of sorts: He recently painted a portrait for Steven Tyler, which was featured on Idol, and was the brush behind cover artwork for Taylor Swift’s Fearless album. When it comes to “official artists” of star-studded events like the Grammy’s and The Super Bowl, it’s him. But his success goes back fifty years to the 60s, when his iconic psychedelic posters colored American walls.

This weekend, absorb the bright colors of his work in person at the Mall at Chestnut Hill. (Bring your checkbook, as prints will also be for sale.)

Saturday, June 4 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, June 5 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The Mall at Chestnut Hill, 199 Boylston St., Chestnut Hill. RSVPs requested at 888-513-8385, roadshowcompany.com.
