Spain's Prince Felipe Says His Country Is Going Global

Spain’s Crown Prince Felipe de Borbon y Grecia spoke at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government on Thursday. In his speech titled “Spain: An American Nation,” he stressed Spain’s “American” identity and  touched on five aspects of Spanish influence: historical, cultural, linguistic, geopolitical, and economic. “Ultimately, I like to see Spain not just as a European, American, and Mediterranean country, but rather as one with a truly universal reach,” he said. Scott Brown did not attend the speech; he only has time for kings and queens.
