MBTA Lets the Rest of Us In on This Smartphone Ticketing Thing

As expected, the MBTA is making its mobile ticket purchasing app that they say everyone likes available to commuter rail riders south and west of Boston as well as on the ferries on Wednesday November 28. Previously only available to North Station rail lines, the app theoretically saves you time and the T money by allowing you to buy and display tickets on your smartphone.
