I was out at a sportsbar the evening they found him in the boat. I was watching it live on the tv above me. It seemingly went on forever, catching this half-dead, 90 pound punk lying unarmed in a boat.

    • MarkMaddenisafatloser

They did not know if he was armed or not, Don’t forget this little 90 pound punk already threw bombs at them earlier.. They did a perfect job. How would they know if this terrorist didn’t have a bomb in that boat. I really wish they would of killed him right there though. They should of invited the dad of the dead 8 year old boy to come and pull the trigger

  • Guest

wow really incredible, im glad you shared these, there was so much coverage until the end and its facinating to see what exactly went on towards the end of the stand off

    • public_servant_watch

Yes, fascinating watching the people of Massachusetts get ripped off by a corrupt government and then watching their response where they think these fools who robbed them blind are their protectors. Now all we need is real court proceedings instead of the simulated criminal proceedings that are taking place to reveal the actual criminals but that of course will not happen. The country is not very happy with the sheep mentality going on in the state of Massachusetts; the country needs these people to wake up in order to save the country. Confused and conned, Watertown cheered on the actual terrorist!

      • Anthony Fernandisse

I so wish I could purchase a round trip ticket to a TRUE 3rd world country (NOT Mexico) for people like YOU with the mindset that what is wrong with our country and the world is the AMERICANS in it. You would be able to SEE and experience how the rest of the world
works and come to appreciate how GOOD YOU have it in this country.
Try writing what you just wrote in Russia today online about Putin there comrade, see how long that post stays up or your bitching goes unnoticed. I would prefer a one way ticket but a trip to a 3rd world “Shiite” hole would calibrate you with the quickness and your return would likely be to America’s benefit.

You are one of MANY MANY citizens of this once GREAT country who are CLUELESS as to just how GOOD a country and how GOOD Americans have it living in a country with the opportunities we have. It’s
people like you who I loathe to think I provided an umbrella of security for during my 8 years of military service.

You stand on your soap box and regurgitate what some liberal left wing nut case college professor has falsely taught you or what you read on the internet or
saw on MSNBC about just how ‘bad’ we all have it here in the evil military industrial complex police state of America. Sadly you have no life experience
or have likely NEVER been in a hot spot or dirt poor country to put any of your ‘hatred’ of America into context.

For you to say that the proud citizens of Boston and Watertown were, “Confused and conned, Watertown cheered on the actual terrorist!” is beyond sickening as
the actual terrorist killed children and maimed innocent people during the Boston Marathon. If I lived in Boston and was your neighbor I would kick your
        ass ‘Southie’ style YO.

If you believe the “actual” terrorist
“killed children and maimed innocent people”
then you should want the actual terrorist punished.

Do a federal custody search for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev using his name or his register number 95079-038 and you will see that this person is NOT in federal custody at Devens.

They continue to con the good people of Massachusetts. You are being screwed by extensive corruption at the federal, state and private sector levels and it is these people who orchestrated the event on Marathon Day.

Blast Site 2 was infested with FBI agents at the time of the Blast and they acted as rescue, bloodied victims and moulage artist for the future propaganda pictures. The court proceedings are simulated (FAKE). Not one order by a judge in the case is on the master docket of the court where all the court orders of the day by each and every judge go.

They have nothing but fabricated evidence that would never fly before a US District Judge. The arraignment transcript does not even have the court stamp on it that would certify it as a genuine document filed by the court. They hid the arrest warrant until the fraudulent order where court staff stole the identity of a US District Judge to render the order to unseal a few documents in an attempt to humor the public which had questioned the multiple sealed entries on the docket.

Motions from the so called expert defense attorney who was supposedly appointed by the court come from the MA Fed Public Defender Office. No defense attorney has implicated his or herself in this crime of fraudulently using a federal court by purposely avoiding the required official notice of appearance.

Why do you beat up people trying to help you? Do you really believe that people would advocate for someone where there was unquestionable guilt and no question to the stories that were relayed to the public by the KNOWN TO BE CORRUPT mainstream media.

It is your attitude that is vile because when the rights of one are denied it is the road to denial of those rights for all. Stop being so stubborn and protect your country by acknowledging that corruption exist and then expose the corruption. Your children and their children need you and all to do this!!

Hahahha, “we pulled him down off the boat,” he clearly fell out which isn’t necessarily a bad thing that they didn’t assist but why lie?

      • Guest

AND WHAT? YOU CUT THIS INNOCENT 19 YEARS BOY THROAT OR KILL HIM?(I saw the picture after he surended what do you do whit this poor innocent boy! I dont believed he is a life) CARMA IS A BITCH JUST WATCH!!!SHAME YOU CALL YOUR SELF AMERICAN !!!

        • Dawn Ray

I can’t understand much of this response…you CLEARY did not understand my post. I was pointing out that they lied about assisting him out of the boat. The police and government lied about so many things in this case and if you read my other posts, you’ll see I defend him to a certain extent but I don’t think he’s completely innocent. No, I would not cut his throat and no, I would not kill him.

    • Karen Berman

Actually, if you go to go dailymail, their pic of him “falling” out of the boat is a little lighter than these and you can see a pair of arms to his side. They also have a much closer look at his face and while his left side is messed up, you can even see his mouth drooping, I cannot detect anything from lower left — just by his ear.

  • Dave

Thank you for sharing these photos.

As an East Watertown resident—whose street the subjects raced down/ exchanged fire with police and whose street was therefore patrolled until the ordinance was lifted—these images help provide closure.

I can’t explain in words what the entire day was like. And I wouldn’t wish the experience on anyone. It was the first time in my life I truly feared for me and my family.

The community felt as though the brothers had taken something away from them—security, humanity, faith in people perhaps. The celebration that followed was a reclaiming of our town, of ourselves. Terror is an abhorrent absence of freedom. The authorities helped restore that freedom, that faith, and I am forever grateful to them.

Even if I wanted to, I can’t ever forget this day. I am forever changed.

    • CZGuy99

are you an armed citizen? If not, consider it. You are the primary person responsible for your family’s security. You wouldn’t have felt nearly so vulnerable had you been armed and properly trained.

      • Guest

I am not. Its not something I believe in. In all honesty, however, it was the one time I considered changing my viewpoint.

You say that—as I’ve heard so many others say it before you—but I guarantee you’d be fearful had you been in the same situation.

“Properly trained?” I’m a 230 lbs. former rugby player. That’s all the training I need.

        • michael

See how good that helps you if you take a bullet to the head by one of Obamas sons!

        • CZGuy99

I never said I wouldn’t be fearful – that would be foolish. I am also a 230 lb former rugger, but I can’t stop a bullet or multiple attackers. I’ve taken one of the foremost defensive handgun and tactical rifle courses available, and I practice regularly.

          • MarkMaddenisafatloser

You can’t beat up a gun buddy. It does not matter if you weigh 30 pounds or 300 pounds, played teenis or rugby the guy with the gun will win every time. You can’t beat a bullet buddy..
I hope Dzhokhar gets raped in prison then murdered

        • Anthony Fernandisse

Let’s do the math here…unarmed 230 lbs. former rugby player against armed American hating teenager Jihadist looking for his fill of virgins? Have you heard the saying, “Don’t bring a knife to a gunfight” my man? it takes less than a handful of seconds for a punk thug to pull a trigger and kill you and your family, it takes many minutes to get a response from 911. By the time anyone would have arrived to “help” rigor would have begun to set in on you and the family. THINK ABOUT THAT!

      • Anthony Fernandisse

AMEN well said words of wisdom to the sheep in our society who EXPECT 911 to save them when the wolves kick in the doors with hunger in their eyes. This freedom hating, Muslim terrorist, American hating clown, would have received some .223 or .556 rounds had he been hiding in my boat in my backyard in TEXAS. Had he come into my home he would have been dropped at the door from several hand gun calibers as well and then I would have reloaded. But then again in TEXAS it’s the victims who have the right to defend themselves, not the other way around.

I am sure most of the terrified and scared people of East Watertown felt TRUE fear for their lives and the lives of their families as most people in MA are NOT allowed to own a handgun without an act of congress. The liberal mindset is “write more laws” and “take away everyone’s guns” and the world is safer. The fact of the matter is criminals IGNORE the rule of law, that’s why they are criminals.

So for all you good people in the Boston area, keep that terror and fear you experienced fresh in your mind and KNOW 911 would have showed up to put a toe tag on your foot had the freedom hating, Muslim terrorist, American hating clown kicked in your door in your “criminal rights” non-hand gun owning state. You people in the northern states have been sold a bill of goods that are full of false promises The old saying is you made your bed, now sleep in it. I will continue to CLING to my guns and religion like a FREE AMERICAN!

        • CZGuy99

Amen to that, brother. I’d move to Texas in a heartbeat if it weren’t for the Cowboys

          • Anthony Fernandisse

I take objection to your negative slight to AMERICA’s TEAM The DALLAS Cowboys (And YES SOUTH America is still AMERICA) but there is always the choice of Houston Texans as we have more than one team in TEXAS. So come on down south and we will issue you a warm welcome to you and any weapons you wish to bring or legally own while in our great state!

          • CZGuy99

            Go Redskins!!

  • CannedHeat

ATF? What was the ATF doing there? I can understand the local and state police, and the FBI… but the ATF?
    Good photos though.

    • Sean in TX

they were throwing bombs therefore ATF had every reason to be there since they cover explosive devices and the manufacture of those devices.

      • michael

send all of them to Syria. Maybe they can help there!

  • Jayson Burns

So it’s a PR release from law enforcement. Got it. I’m sure everything happened exactly as they said.

    • Jake Lakota

And I bet you are not guilty of anything, never broke the speed limit, smoked a J and lived a completely guilt free life void of any mistakes. And you’d be the first to call 911 when a skunk invades your mobile home

  • CZGuy99

I am an armed citizen, properly trained and quite proficient. I don’t care what the threat is – I am my own first responder. I will never be marched out of my house by LE without a warrant, with my hands in the air like a common criminal, in the interest of ‘security’. What an abomination for this to occur in the Boston area, the cradle of liberty.

    • ateo

      Haha. Bullshit.

    • rjm2238

      Well stated Sir.
      Rich in New Mexico.

    • Jen90

Then if the terrorist were in your house and they didn’t check you would be crying like a little baby that they didn’t check your house. They are just trying to keep your dumbass safe. I swear you can’t win with these people.

  • AncestralYuba

    Excellent photographs.

  • Pablo

Very disturbing seeing militarized cops on that scale roaming the streets along with not being able to leave your home. Sorry, but for me freedom is not a compromise.

    • jerbear

When chasing down a bombing suspect, yes they will have body armor on for protection against the unpredictable suspect. Don’t act like this was an invasion of our freedoms you moron

      • Pablo

        This was EXACTLY that…..you moron.

        • jerbear

Making you sty inside is not against the constitution, entering your home is moron

          • Pablo

Ughhhh…..they did enter homes…..moron. You’re not very good at this are you.

          • Aragost Scott

To my understanding they never entered any home they didn’t have permission to from the home owner(s).

          • Pablo

OK, do you know of ANY case where they were told no, and what happened next. It is my understanding that many people were “strongly” urged to comply.

          • whyarealltheusernamestaken

Pablo, do yourself a favor and look up “exigent circumstances.”

            Or, keep digging.

          • Pablo

You just proved my point. Look my unequivocal position is NO compromise on my freedom. If you’re OK with it that’s on you.

          • whyarealltheusernamestaken

Then your “unequivocal position” is based on your own action hero fantasies, not the constitution. The 4th Amendment prohibits “unreasonable searches and seizures” – the word “unreasonable” is a qualifier, or an exception.

          • Alex

Wow, Pablo how easy it is for you to be righteous at someone else’s expense. That reminds me of a conversation i had with my elderly neighbor a few years back. He said in the early 1945 while the mass killings were still going on, his puerto-rican taxi driver was trying to convince him to “forgive and forget”

          • whyarealltheusernamestaken

            Huh?

          • Alex

The reply was meant for Pablo.

          • whyarealltheusernamestaken

            Ah.

          • whyarealltheusernamestaken

            Huh?

          • rjm2238

I ain’t Pablo; so if you will pardon my intrusion, but what the heII are your talking about? I don’t follow you at all.
            Rich in New Mexico.

          • Pablo

What are you talking about. It has nothing to do with righteousness. I simply do not agree with the actions taken. I have a right to think and say that.

          • rjm2238

To abide by the Constitution a search warrant is needed. The probable cause for such is suggested by law enforcement and then agreed upon; or not, by a judge. That system has served us quite well for two hundred
plus years, so I don’t think we need to panic over two men and flush our whole
            system down the drain.

It never good to make any decisions when in a state of panic; especially decisions of this magnitude, one usually ends up ruing the
            result.

These men would have been caught and the good people of Massachusetts could have maintained their civil rights if calmer heads had prevailed. That this was a major over reaction is perfectly obvious to all who paid attention.

            Rich in New Mexico.

          • Alex

Are you one of those people who’d invoke his constitutional rights even while his wife is being raped?

          • rjm2238

Actually yes I would. I would invoke the right to shoot the rapist and then I would; thank you.
            Rich in New Mexico.

          • Alex

So you wouldn’t ask the rapist to show some form of id and a search warrant before shooting the guy?

          • rjm2238

Why? He is a criminal; illegally in my home and doing unspeakable things to my wife. Why the heII would ask him for; or expect him to have, a search warrant?
Are you high on something Sir? That seems an extremely odd question.
            Rich in New Mexico.

          • Alex

So what the terrorist did was totally legal and the cops had to go through all the steps of the bureaucratic ladder to apprehend him?

          • rjm2238

What are you talking about? You keep bouncing back and forth between a bomber in Boston and my wife (whom incidently; I divorced twenty years ago) and trying to make a point I assume.
Help me out here, what the heII is your point? You can’t possibly think that a burglar is going to obtain a search warrant can you? If you do you cannot have a very high opinion of the judges in your area.
            Rich in New Mexico.

          • Alex

I asked you that question because the situation are quite similar: both require immediate action and pose a clear and present danger.

          • rjm2238

I guess I can best sum it Alex, by saying that; Yes, the police are bound by the laws of the land just as we are. I mean that only seems fair doesn’t it?
It is never good to give up rights, they are far too hard to come by. I’d rather give away my money, I least I can replace it without having to kill somebody. The same cannot always be said for freedom and civil rights. I hold those near and dear and zealously guard them. On those points I will not compromise.
            Rich in New Mexico.

          • Alex

Yes, and one of those laws says “to protect”. Would they be following it by not handling the situation at hand and pouring thru law books making sure the perpetrator’s rights were not violated while hundreds, perhaps thousand’s of other people’s lives were in grave danger?

          • rjm2238

They should have a base understanding of the law as it affects their job as a part of their training. The Police are under no legal obligation to protect anyone. That was a case some years back in New York.
The police were sued for not preventing harm to someone, protecting them, and it was found they have zero duty to protect anyone. This case was common knowledge as it surprised many onlookers as they always thought as you do/did.
I suggest you look it up, I do not know the name of the case but Google should help or perhaps the NSA will cut in and tell you!
The Police exist to deter and investigate, nothing more.
            Rich in New Mexico.

          • Alex

So their motto – to protect and to serve – is just a bunch of BS with no basis in reality? And I’ve always thought that the detectives were responsible for investigating crimes.

          • rjm2238

Read, Alex, read. It is true, just look it up, it ain’t that hard. And their motto – to protect and serve – is just that; a motto; not a law.
            Rich in New Mexico.

          • Alex

This is from wikipedia: Responsibilities of a police officer are varied, and may differ greatly from within one political context to another. Typical duties relate to keeping the peace, law enforcement, protection of people and property, and the investigation of crimes.

          • rjm2238

Alex, I knew it wouldn’t take long:
Case was warren v District of Columbia and was from circa 2005: This should be enough to get you started.

            http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2013/01/10/One-More-Reason-We-Need-Guns-SCOTUS-Rules-Police-Not-Bound-To-Protect-Citizens

Even threw one in from Wikipedia for ya!
            read ‘em up.
            Rich in New Mexico.

          • Alex

That’s interesting. I really had no idea about that particular case. So you think it’s time for all of us to arm ourselves?

          • rjm2238

Yes, I am afraid I have thought that and actually done that for decades; however I date myself with such statements. I illegally carried a
handgun in New York for years despite having been caught once at it. That was a very expensive experience, but back in the early seventies money was all that was needed.

Having a weapon immediately available is your only true protection. I wish it could be otherwise but it is what it is. The problem is the using of it and it is almost inevitable, not because you have a weapon, but because of some fool you will need it.

I am truly fortunate in that I did have to use mine and no one died. I like to think that was due to my judgement but I think it was just luck,
plain dumb luck. The mind speeds up when under stress so it seems everything else slows down and you are left with an incredible amount of detail and quite a while to think and act but in the back of your mind you know that is not real. I will say however, as my nephew was with me, if I hadn’t fired back we probably
would have been shot even though we had cover, good cover, my truck.

It is getting rapidly worse out there too which bodes ill for our children and our children’s children. I do not envy them except for one
thing, when I grew up in the 1960′s the tide was against individual ownership of weapons, one of the reasons I left New York, (LI, Nassau County) and migrated to New Mexico but a minor one, it is now in favor of individual rights,
            hence freedom and safety.

It seems it always takes a crisis to bring light to
darkness, this may be it, a self cleansing situation, so those emerging from the other end here will have a much better life, which is after all, what we strive to leave our children, a better life. They will at least be allowed to look after themselves and to not have to rely on others, strangers. There is always family when the chips are down!

Good luck to you Alex, I have enjoyed our back and forth today, I truly have. As a retired son of a gun it keeps me sharp debating a worthy ‘opponent’. I look forward to doing it again.

            Vaya con dios,

            Rich in New Mexico.

          • Alex

P.S. Don’t complain when the cops won’t show up at your door when you most need them citing the New York case as an example.

          • rjm2238

I don’t need them, I can take care of myself just fine. And Alex, going to my advice to read, read, read; just read my post where I specifically stated: “The Police exist to deter and investigate, nothing more”. Maybe that is why you thought detectives investigate, you think. But even you will have to admit they cannot investigate a crime in advance of it’s occurring; so they cannot protect you from it. They investigate after the fact, as I stated in my previous post.
            Rich in New Mexico.

          • Alex

And, BTW I don’t own a gun. Never have. But if someone’s life was in danger i wouldn’t hesitate to pull the trigger.

          • whyarealltheusernamestaken

Incorrect. A search warrant is required by the Constitution except in cases of emergency, hot pursuit, and/or destruction of evidence, i.e., “exigent circumstances.” This was an emergency.

Moreover, any person may voluntarily allow the police into their home without implicating the Constitution. There is no evidence that anyone here was unwilling to cooperate with the police, and there sure as shit haven’t been any lawsuits against the police.

Maybe out in New Mexico, you prefer the “go it alone” approach. In Boston, we stick together and get each others back. If you don’t like it, don’t come visit.

          • Alex

I agree. These people defend the constitution from the safety of their home/office. I wonder how they’d behave in a life-threatening situation.

I went into that, in my case in an earlier post here. I was shot at and returned fire with my weapon. I was in my car, in a parking lot where an altercation took place and the other fellow felt the need to escalate it.
            I’m still here, probably because he had a .22RF and I had a MAC-11 9MM, a decided edge I might add.
All this is just to say you should know what you are saying before you insult people or demean there life experiences without even knowing them.
But you know that goes to another point of mine, that you all have few weapons (firearms) there so you don’t feel the need to be polite in any forum. Despite the experience I just related here; due to our prevalence of firearms, that would not happen here. An armed society is generally a polite society, just not in the parking lot of your local saloon!

Then you should know better than anyone else posting here that time is of the essence in situations like these. It’s ether you or the guy who could care less for our judicial system. I choose life. What about you? Would you rather let yourself be killed by some punk to uphold your “principles”?

          • rjm2238

Again Alex, I fail to follow you. Do you carry a gun? I can only assume; from your post, that you do. That scares me a bit as I cannot follow the logic of your question, or at least I hope I don’t.
In any event you should only shoot when shot at or in imminent danger, and you better be able to prove it was da_m imminent, before you fire.
In the case we are supposed to be discussing this man was observed to enter an abandoned boat and quietly hide there, until discovered that is. That ameliorates the time aspect somewhat wouldn’t you agree?
Again don’t be so da_m trigger happy, especially if you ain’t got no stinking badge! It’s people like that who give guns a bad name!
            Rich in New Mexico.

          • Alex

And who defines what “an imminent danger” means? There could be more bombs waiting to go off. The situation was critical.

P.S. And it’s people like you that make good people die, because they hesitate to shoot, afraid of being dragged through our court system for protecting themselves.

          • rjm2238

It is people who indiscriminately spray gunfire around or simply shoot prematurely that cause people to die. Whether they are good or bad
is another matter and not important here or easily judged when you are in a firefight. It is always best when no one dies; not always possible, but always best.

Now if you can describe to me just how it is I waited too long to shoot, in my case, as you state, I’ll listen. Oh, but wait, you can’t d that. You weren’t there, so you have no idea of what happened.

Well don’t let that you stop from commenting about the incident, we can’t be having that now can we?

Yeah, because not agreeing with you means certain death by a criminal. I choose freedom, because there is no other way to live.

          • Alex

But whose freedom do you choose: yours to protect your life or the criminal’s to kill you at will?

          • whyarealltheusernamestaken

You had a drunken shoot out in a bar parking lot, and so now you’re an expert on how to respond to a terrorist threat?

Did you also stay at a Holiday Inn last night?

          • rjm2238

There you go again. You weren’t there and you know it was a drunken shootout. Perhaps you cannot visit a bar without getting plastered but I am not simarily afflicted.

If you stop and think for a minute; just a minute now, I wouldn’t want you to hurt yourself, don’t you think I might have gotten arrested or otherwise in just a bit of trouble over it had I been drunk? Hey but then you know all about this incident and its participants now don’t you.
Tell me though, how do know? Could it be you are just a loud mouthed know it all or simply a blowhard?

Having had a ‘Q’ level security clearance for thirty plus years on top of being a veteran I have had the odd briefing on terrorism and
you know what else, I read! Yeah, books and all, so I picked up a few things there too and didn’t hurt having a Federal Firearms license.

I know a bit about guns, their usage and their capabilities as well. That is why I have respect for them, not fear of them and am comfortable in my ability to defend myself in most any circumstance. May not win, but as I said earlier, Karma is a bi_ch, and we all got it coming.

What you describe is neither hot pursuit nor an emergency. Hot pursuit would be defined as his being actively chased into all of those houses. Not just one or two, but all who were forcibly searched.
Nor was it an emergency, that would be where one had hostages or a similar situation. There was no indication of anything like that here, not in the least.
The man was only caught due to a phoned in tip of him hiding in a boat in backyard and he was under observation at the time.
Feel free to try again if you can unstick yourself from your neighbors.

          • whyarealltheusernamestaken

“Nor was it an emergency” – that’s a rather derpish statement, Rich. A terrorist on the loose in a confined area of a few blocks is the definition of an emergency. The fact that he was later discovered in rough shape doesn’t change the fact there was an emergency at the time.

In a way, Boston was following the example set by New Mexico in the searches and arrests of William Bonney, the Apache Kid, and a host of others. Mandatory disarmaments, locked down towns, armed posse’s surrounding and shooting at houses, summary executions without the right to trial, etc.

          • rjm2238

Wow, let me try this one. First Billy the Kid was in 1881, not 2012, same goes for the Apache Kid. Nor did those things go down the way
you describe them. The Lincoln County War was going on, and did for two years, the Santa Fe ring was running an utterly corrupt territorial government that alternately supported whichever side paid the best, in fact Billy was left to hang as Governor Lew Wallace was too busy penning Ben Hur to keep his appointment to sign his amnesty papers and so on the I’m afraid there are no parallels what so ever. In fact as a duly constituted Regulator Billy was actually a LEO at the beginning, however, never mind all that.
There is also the small detail that all of the activities you ascribed to the good citizens of territorial New Mexico, were then and are now, crimes. You cannot legally surround and shoot into homes, lynch the occupants or any of the other manifestations of madness you describe; then or now. Believe me, I live rather close, by western standards, to Lincoln County and the town of Lincoln, hundred miles or so, and that would not go over very well there with either the home owner or the Sheriffs Department. I might go so far as to say that if you kept it up they might then even declare a state of emergency!

In this case, a hundred twenty some years on, it was certainly not an emergency to search every house in an entire town. Those types
of emergencies must be approved and announced, and we do have the technology to
that in this century. He was being observed in a boat for most of the time.

If you cannot see or will not admit; for whatever reason, that the rights of the people who were ordered out of their homes at gunpoint and marched away were not violated all I can say is; again, Wow.

            Rich in New Mexico.

          • whyarealltheusernamestaken

Sheriff Pat Garrett shot Bill Bonnney in his skivvies, no? There was no evidence that Billy was armed at the time, and yet he didn’t arrest him and give him a speedy trial, right? And prior to that, didn’t they surround him and the gang in a house in Stinking Springs and open fire?

Yes, 120 years ago, same Constitution.

          • rjm2238

Billy was armed with a Remington, .44 and a butcher knife and was in Pete Maxwell’s bedroom at the time. Pat Garrett was sitting in the bed, talking to Pete at the time, not five feet from Billy. What Pat Garrett did was cowardly and ultimately his deeds caught up with him.
Just outside Anthony, New Mexico, in 1908, Mr. Garrett was shotgunned to death by someone who likely felt about the same as I do of his actions.
Karma’s a bit_h ain’t it, and we all got it coming.
So 132 years ago, yeah still have crooked, cops but at least they are damn few and far between. Constitution don’t enter into it as Garrett violated the law. He should have announced himself, although he no doubt would have died doing it, so you decide.

          • whyarealltheusernamestaken

“[T]he people who were ordered out of their homes at gunpoint and marched away” didn’t complain. They viewed the cops as the good guys, and understood that the cops had to be suspicious of everyone, because anyone could’ve been stashing the terrorist inside. I’m not sure why that’s hard for you to understand.

It’s like a hostage situation at a bank – after its resolved, the cops will still detain and grill the hostages, because they have to be sure that they were in fact hostages.

          • rjm2238

I don’t know which interviews or what channels you watched your coverage on but I saw and heard many, many people who were utterly incensed at their treatment.
One’s home is rather unlike a hostage situation at a bank where one knows there are even hostages.
By your logic we would have to assume that these men; one by this time, or two earlier on had hostages in all of those homes? Not very likely.
The Police could have asked to come in and look around and where allowed have done so and where refused use that refusal for grounds to request a warrant.
I value my rights and freedoms far too much to flush them down the drain at the first threat of violence or danger. How the heII do you think we obtained and maintained these rights over the years? Hint: not by the good graces of people the world over, it was by fighting and dying, wholesale and often.
No one man has the right to forfeit those rights for even a moment; they belong to all of us.

I emailed, texted and talked to my friends under lockdown, watched the local news, listened to the police scanners – heard gunfire and bombs – and read virtually everything, save the right wing fever swamps quoted in the newspaper article linked to above. No one complained.

No, by my logic, and the logic of everyone paying attention at the time, homeboy was either (1) being protected in a house by a sympathizer/co-conspirator, (2) holding people hostage, (3) hidden, or (4) gone.

The police did knock on doors and ask to look around. And people complied. No one refused, and no one has filed a lawsuit. The only people bitching now – like yourself – were hundreds and thousands of miles away.

Cooperating with law enforcement isn’t flushing your rights down the drain. And we got these rights because the guys who drafted the Constitution were men of the Enlightenment who understood the Lockean concept of the social contract.

You seriously need to get out more. You leed a sheltered life if you think no one complained.

I was under lockdown. I didn’t need to listen to a police radio to hear bullets; I was there. I also left Boston for good, although my family got there 10 generations ago. It was creepy and frightening to so vividly see people give up.

A million people lost twelve hours when they were unable to simply live their lives. That’s 1369 lost years… or twenty lifetimes. It was outrageous.

The people who want to file a complaint have three years to do so and certain circumstances such as the date this finally gets revealed as a complete farce toll that date.

Regarding a USC 42 section 1983 claim which has no statute of limitations Federal courts borrow the forum state’s limitation period for personal injury tort claims. E.g., Wallace v. Kato, 549 U.S. 384, 387 (2007). For claims arising in Massachusetts, the period is three years. Nieves v. McSweeney, 241 F.3d 46, 51 (1st Cir. 2001).

It’s extremely hard to understand. I’m not nearly as scared of “terrorists” as I am of government abuse. Do you have a limit on what the government can do in the name of terrorism?

          • whyarealltheusernamestaken

Sure, plenty of limits. For example, I hated – and still hate – the Patriot Act. (Lemme guess where you were on that issue back in 2002…)

When given the option of a terrorist with a predeliction for bombs and the guys trying to catch him, I’ll cast my lot with the latter.

          • Pablo

So all criminals are only caught in house to house searches?

          • whyarealltheusernamestaken

            What are you talking about?

Look, buddy, I used to be a public defender. I clearly know a heck a lot more about the Constitution than you, and I’ve actually fought for people’s Constitutional rights beyond trolling comments sections of a photo spread.

You and your friends efforts to claim victimhood here on behalf of the people who cooperated with law enforcement is bizarre and more than a little narcissistic. Get a grip.

          • Pablo

So I have to agree to house to house searches or I’m a troll? Really, I can’t disagree? Apparently you don’t know more about the Constitution.

          • whyarealltheusernamestaken

False choice. You could agree to house searches and still be a troll.

And it has nothing to with the Constitution.

          • Pablo

            Ahh and now the censorship.

          • whyarealltheusernamestaken

Are you daft? I’m not the government, and my calling you a troll is not censorship.

          • Pablo

I guess the question mark threw you. And the only ones with the false choices (if you don’t allow the searches you just want to help the terrorists) are you clowns. Best of luck, I have wasted enough time with the retard squad.

          • public_servant_watch

The entire charade was initiated on government lies and fraud!! That makes their invasion into the homes of the people in Watertown wrong AND it certainly makes the bullets flying in their neighborhood wrong. If the kid was actually in a court of justice and not a set up in simulated criminal proceedings bogus beyond belief the truth would be surfacing. FBI, AUSA, public defenders and a Magistrate Judge would be looking for new jobs while deciding who they were going to have represent THEM as defendants!!

          • Bob Roberts

My family in Watertown didn’t think it was an overreaction when they found out their was a terrorist hiding in their neighborhood, or when they smelled the gunpowder from the shootout. They were pretty happy to see the good guys doing all they could.

          • rjm2238

That is well and good for you and your family in Watertown Bob. If you wish to negotiate away your Constitutional rights, you are making a mistake because they are not just yours, they are ours.
You need to realize it is intrinsically dangerous to live free but it is worth it wouldn’t you say? Well I guess you wouldn’t, nevermind.

          • whyarealltheusernamestaken

I already went over this with Pablo. He says “no compromise,” but the 4th Amendment has compromise baked in – no “unreasonable” searches and seizures. A bomb-throwing terrorist running amok confined somewhere in the neighborhood is the very definition of exigent circumstances giving a “reasonable” predicate for searching homes.

Moreover, there is no evidence that anyone was unwilling to let the cops canvass the neighborhood and search houses.

          • jerbear

They had cause too, sorry it is not enough for oyu, but an federal fugitive on the lose in the area is good reason

They cordoned off a whole neighborhood and went house to house…pulling people out of their homes at gunpoint & performed illegal searches.

Yep, saw vids of this. In one vid I saw multiple people leaving the house with their hands up. They were made to keep their hands up even though it was obvious they were not the suspect. Amazing to me that many people are OK with this.

          • whyarealltheusernamestaken

Funny how the only people complaining in the article are people who weren’t there. The citizens of Watertown were by and large fine with the searches – they just wanted this prick caught, and they weren’t going to stand in the way of the cops.

Never lived there, thank God, but I did grow up in NY and I do remember what was it, 1974, Bartley Fox act. Crime to even have a rifle in
the trunk of your car. It wasn’t until 1986 Firearms Protection Act did away with little ditty for out of staters who are just passing through.

Nobody will ever mistake that dump for any sort of second amendment haven, or now the fourth either. Funny how that happens, drip, drip, drip.

            Which one will go next?

Bye the Bye, what kinds of pistols have you got officer and what did you have to do to get them?

Funny how many up there, who fight even an ID to vote; a right which is never specifically guaranteed in the Constitution would agree to
the almost destruction of the right to keep and bear arms, a right which is prominently
            mentioned and guaranteed.

I bet you’ve got lots of experience working with your small thing. (Walked into that one, eh?)

I had a Ruger .22 that I bought at a gunshop in Woburn, and I got the registration paperwork through the shop, which I then filed at my city hall. I later sold it because I won a Smith&Wesson M&P 9mm in a raffle at a VFW in Alaska – which I registered in AK, and then transferred when I moved back to MA. I’ve never had to shoot at anyone – and I hope I never do – but I can hit a moving target.

In terms of understanding the Liberal mind, right back at you. I mean, how the hell is your take away from the Boston bombing that you are a victim? The blood wasn’t even dry on the pavement before right-wingers were claiming a false flag operation intended to take away your guns. And now, five months later, our local magazine has a photo spread that is in essence a catharsis for us, and y’all show up in droves, claiming victimhood because the locals cooperated with the police in order to catch the terrorist? (And who sent y’all anyways? Alex Jones?) That drip, drip, rip you’re hearing – it sounds to me like the urine running down your leg.

The story here is that two really bad dudes blew up a lot of innocent people, and then we helped the people we pay to get bad dudes got them.

Maybe the secret to getting in to the liberal mind is to pretend that you have a big schlong. It may help with the paranoia. Seriously, get a f’n grip.

I`m sorry, but i dont no, is this boy guilty or not guilty? I hope, he is not guilty, So many people wishes him so terrible things and terrible deaths.
He is still not from court guilty. Wy from the people? i can not understand this.
    Sorry for my englisch, please.

    • Aragost Scott

Why hide in a boat if you’re not guilty?

      • fer

You try explaining yourself with cops shooting at you

        • Aragost Scott

That would be easy, cause I would never be in that situation. Cause I dont take hostages shoot a cop in the head then run from the police only to then shoot at them like these assholes did.

        • MarkMaddenisafatloser

Umm when his picture was on the news that would of been a great time to turn himself in if he was not guilty just like those 2 guys did when the NY POST put them on the cover. They ran into that police station to clear their names. But what did “Jahar” do? First they hijacked a guy stole his car then had a shootout where they threw a bomb at cops then he ran over his he is innocent? The guy even wrote the boat that he did it. You don’t run and hide when you are innocent.. Have you ever watched a episode of cops? By the way his friends who tried to cover up for him should get life in jail. I bet they were also avid readers of that terrorist magazine..They obviously knew stuff who else would know to hide Vaseline???? I would never know that

          • Aragost Scott

            Exactly

          • fer

have you seen any actual footage of anything you just mentioned? his friends got rid of fireworks and his laptop! there was no vaseline…what does running over his brother have to do with his innocence?

          • rjm2238

It shows his desperation to escape and his complete disregard for human life, even that of his own brother.
I can’t believe you even had to ask that question.
            Rich in New Mexico.

          • fer

that’s if he even did run over his own brother…i agree..his desperation to get away from the cops shooting the crap out of him

          • rjm2238

I believe they actually have film of him driving over his brother, news footage, so it’s a safe bet he did it.

In the beginning, when he was first mentioned as a suspect he could have surrendered safely, but he chose not to and then the LEO’s got all souped up and guess what? Too late; waited too long and then takes a shot at the heat, never a good strategy for one who wants to peaceably surrender, wouldn’t you agree?

If you shoot at me I’m going to shoot back. Most folks would.

            Rich in New Mexico.

          • fer

yes i do but where is this footage? its all just been SAID but hasn’t actually been SEEN. why did the cops shoot at the boat? even if they thought there was a bomb in there why shoot at a possibly ticking time bomb? there was only one gun found..why did they start shooting there?

          • rjm2238

I’m not here to defend to defend the Police, just the obvious.

Let try to address your points in order; if I can,

I saw the footage on the news, repeatedly, so I am satisfied it exists.

I suspect there was only one gun found for manifold reasons. Let’s start with there was only one guy left and they guys were bombers not shooters, primarily.

I suspect the cops shot the boat on account of there was a fellow inside the boat shooting at them. (That seemed an unnecessary question,
            but so be it.)

I don’t think they felt there was a bomb in the boat, I never heard that postulated, only that someone inside of the boat was shooting at them from it. (That would have been sufficient grounds for me. I have been shot at and I have; unhesitatingly returned fire, subject to limiting collateral damage. I was not being entirely altruistic; I felt I would probably have
enough to explain without accidently shooting a bystander!)

I think that’s all of them.

            Rich in New Mexico.

          • Jen90

Your right they do have complete disregard for human life and that’s why they did the bombing at the marathon killing and maiming people and the bombing and shooting on Laurel street. Only a blind, deaf, delusional person would think they are innocent

          • Joseph Roy

So if there were hundreds of police officers after you and basically all of America hating you, you wouldn’t run ?

          • MissZee

asking the same question over and over must get boring

          • chuck

            No

          • Jen90

No I would not run and kidnap a man, shoot at police, throw explosives then try and run them over and try to kill them. No I would turn myself in like the other Muslim guys that were on the New York post being accused of the bombing, they went to the police and were cleared because they didn’t do it.

          • FreeJahar

You seriously need to educate yourself.

        • Jen90

If you don’t run you won’t be chased. You don’t run shooting and throwing bombs at cops fyi they had bombs. Don’t be stupid. You can write him fanmail and love letters to him while he spends the rest of his life in jail since that is your thing terrorist that murderer Americans

    • MissZee

better yet, why run from the cops if you’re not guilty? why steal someones car? why have your friends try to get rid of the evidence?

    • Adrenaline Junkies

HE IS GUILTY, YOU SYMPATHETIC TERRORIST LOVING backwards inbreeded promoter of killing innocent Americans… GO BACK TO WHERE YOU CAME FROM fire dweller

      • fer

your ignorance and stupidity is showing! couldn’t you just have answered without sounding like a complete idiot?

      • Gail Baker

U r hateful! Don’t u know that hate& anger r destructive emotions that can eat u alive? I feel more sorry 4 u than anything & will pray that u find some luv & understanding in ur heart. There is a thing called karma & it might come around & bite u in the ass, some day.I think he was set up & I’m not a fan girl,I’m a grandma who just wants 2 c some justice 4 that boy.

        • Anthony Fernandisse

Justice is letting the families of the murdered children and maimed have him in a room with pipes and a blow torch. I would “hate” to see him escape justice and be “angered” if he is placed in protective custody when he enters the A$$ raping prison he is destined to occupy for the rest of his miserable American hating life.

          • nykimhi

You have quite a vivid sick imagination. Yes, those families absolutely deserve justice but to pretend you know the facts at this point and call for the torture of a 19 year old US citizen is absurd. How about we wait for due process then determine punishment….I mean that is our way is it not? I don’t believe in bending the system to fit individual situations. What is good for every US citizen is good for this young man too…I will wait for the system to run it’s course before passing any judgment.

          • Anthony Fernandisse

GO HUG A TREE with thorns! There is innocent until proven guilty and then there is ‘CAUGHT ON TAPE’! It is BECAUSE of sheeple like you that these A$$ clowns were not turned in by their left wing ‘friends’ when their photographs were 1st plastered on local TV. Their “due process” afforded to them by their ‘friends’ resulted in a dead police officer and a dead (brother) terrorist. USE what is truly NO longer common in America, COMMON SENSE! I again stand by my statement that you just can’t fix STUPID, and you are just that!!

One more thing, you likely think OJ was innocent and that Aaron Hernandez is innocent as well!

          • nykimhi

Wow, point taken! I mean w/a vocabulary like sheeple and a$$ clown you are clearly more intelligent than I could ever hope to be. Bravo dear boy…B-R-A-V-O!

          • public_servant_watch

Only caught on tape I saw was these brothers carrying their backpacks and a bunch of FBI agents at Blast site 2. Which tape are you referring to?? All the still shots we were provided were with unquestionable photoshopping that indicates fabrication of evidence which is a crime!!

          • Anthony Fernandisse

Typical ANTI-AMERICAN blame shifting nut case liberal hogwash…DEATH PENALTY FATE AWAITS YOUR ‘victim’ JAHAR!!

          • public_servant_watch

Dude–you are a certified nutcase—SEEK HELP! It appears an in custody psychiatric stay would benefit you and the public!!!

          • Adrenaline Junkies

            Amen Anthony

        • Adrenaline Junkies

absolutley I am hateful for anyone leaving a backpack with explosives right where a young boy was blown to pieces. I am hateful because this lilly livered soft approach is what got us into this mess in the first place. No American justice system for this Terrorist- He should be in Guantanamo awaiting his demise period.

          • Jen90

Thank You, I totally agree with you. These people are sick to sympathize with a terrorist murderer that would gladly blow any of us up and are family members. They don’t care about the people he killed and maimed just the POS terrorist. These people disgust me and should not even call themselves American to support a terrorist and terrorism. They are terrorist and need to leave America and go live with all they other POS terrorist

          • nykimhi

To say people don’t care about the victims is absolutely ridiculous. They do…they also care about their rights. What’s the point in having them if they are conditional? Believing in our system doesn’t make someone a terrorist.

          • Anthony Fernandisse

Typical ANTI-AMERICAN blame shifting nut case liberal hogwash…DEATH PENALTY FATE AWAITS YOUR ‘victim’ JAHAR!! That’s the ONLY right AMERICA OWES a child killing cop killer!

          • nykimhi

Thank you for the laugh. Never once did I say he was/was not innocent or didn’t deserve punishment but unlike you I choose to wait for all the facts before condemning someone. It must be nice being the only person on this earth that knows everything about everyone and every situation. Anti-American liberal…really? You are CLUELESS! Direct that nonsense to someone it fits b/c that is not me little man. I believe in justice..plain and simple. I know, I know, he’s guilty, he deserves to die, I’m anti American I’m stupid blah blah blah. B-O-R-I-N-G. Please find better material.

      • nykimhi

I am an American and find your ignorance repulsive. Her question was valid…she didn’t say he wasn’t guilty she asked why people say he is when he hasn’t been tried yet. We do live in a country w/the presumption of innocence until proven guilty in a court of law. It was a simple question and you had to turn it into a racist rant.

        • Adrenaline Junkies

he should never of been tried in the American courts KNOB

      • MachipongoJohn

As Squirrel said, in the USA he is innocent until proven guilty in court of law.

        • Jen90

Wow your are dumb as they come. That doesn’t mean he is innocent that just means he gets a trial to convict this POS murderous terrorist to life or death. I vote when he is convicted kill him with a pressure cooker or cut his legs off and let him live the rest of his life like that to see what his victims go through everyday of their lives.

          • MachipongoJohn

You seem to be unclear on the concept.

    • Squirrel

In den USA ist er unschuldig, bis seine Schuld bewiesen in einem Gericht…

    • Prez Oboz

Guess I did not know German people can be bed-wetting liberal retards. Though America was the only country stuck with the fools!

    • JIMspins1958

      sorry for your stupidity, please

  • Jus Plaindogg

Too bad the cops didn’t just kill him right there and then as he got out of the boat. It would’ve saved us tax payers a lot of money and the victims a lot of grief when this coward has his day in court.

  • Woody Box

    Hmmmmm….

Tsarnaev’s medical report was published just a week ago – here’s an excerpt:

He has multiple gunshot wounds, the most severe of which appears to haveentered through the left side inside of his mouth and exited the left face, lower face. This was a high-powered injury that has resulted in skull-base fracture, with injuries to the middle ear, the skull base, the lateral portion of the C1 vertebrae [sic], with a significant soft-tissue injury, as well as injury to the pharynx, the mouth, and a small vascular injury that’s been treated. He has, in addition to this, some ophthalmologic injuries that have been treated.

Would he have been able to sit firmly on the boat’s edge and pull up his shirt with such a heavy head wound? Most probably not.

There are four possibilities for what happened:

    http://911woodybox.blogspot.de/2013/08/the-arrest-of-dzhokhar-tsarnaev-four.html

Thanks to Sgt. Murphy and the Boston Magazine for making these pictures public.

    • Jen90

      Yes

  • Guest

Thank you Sgt. Murphy and Boston Magazine for publishing these photographs. So much of this case has been shielded from the public. Some things must be kept from public in order for a fair trial, but some things we have a right to know about even if it happens after the case is closed. This is a painful part of our lives that we all need to see and learn more about in order to heal.

      shame you didn’t.

  • thetruth

radical extremists are proud of their actions and more than happy to die for their cause. In fact, they WANT to be killed because in their head, they will be martyrs that go to heaven. they don’t hide in a boat and wait for police to catch them!i never heard of a terrorist hiding and running for his life after committing an act of terrorism. after the attack they went back to their normal lives, they could leave this country or flee out of the country but they didn’t! they faces were on the biggest news networks what were they suppose to do, not run! there are 9,000 officers are following you, whole country hates you, THEY GAVE them no choice, they were FORCED to flee, they were already labeled as terrorists MONSTERS..our enemies. if the police didn’t kill them , somebody form the general public more than likely would have. THEY NEVER HAD A CHOICE! will you people stop listening to news and look at real facts! if they did this i wanna SEE THE Proof , if they can release pics of the shootout, why can;t they release the footage of them placing the bags? what taking them so long? it’s been more than 3 months! some people are already considering him as the terrorist and he’s NOT even proven guilty yet! i believe in “INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY” he has a sniper laser beam pointed at the dead-center of his forehead but he has his hands up to surrender and is clearly showing no threat, and just the fact that the police brutality went this far is insane. all i see two guys wearing bags, walking around. they were not the only ones with the backpacks they were thousands of people with backpacks. both exploded bags were black but jahar has white backpack and tamerlan had grey backpack. it was reported by authorities that there were 5 bombs there that day(YOU DON’T KNOW THIS BECAUSE YOU DON’T PAY ATTENTION TO REAL FACTS) that one of the exploded backpacks exactly matched that of one of the Navy Seals/Craft International security personnel working the Marathon that day.jahar and tamerlans DNA DID NOT MATCH ON THE pressure cookers but it match with FEMALE DNA. you will still winder how he got that neck wound when police were the only one shooting at him. that day Boston Globe tweeted about “bomb drills” and “bomb squad activities” the day of the marathon, with one of the tweets being sent in close proximity to the time when the actual bombs were detonated. AND HE WAS UNARMED AND HE’S NOT EVEN CONVICTED AND NOT PROVEN GUILTY YET! HE’S STILL A SUSPECT!!

    • Darrel Crayon

lol…loser….no one even reads these rants..go back to that sand desert you came from…

      Exactly!!!

  • thetruth

it’s crazy that over half of America isn’t taking into account that Jahar hasn’t even been convicted yet, but they have no qualms over calling him “the bomber”. Instead of innocent until proven guilty, they discuss him as if he’s definitely 100% guilty without any substantial evidence, only media bias and inconsistencies in the “official” stories.

    • nykimhi

I think that is what amazes me the most about this. We love our country and the rights we have but are so quick to call this young man guilty before due process. I don’t get it.

      • Dawn Ray

I share the same amazement and these people most likely think they are real patriots

    • chuck

He is 100% guilty! He just hasn’t been convicted yet. That doesn’t mean he isn’t guilty.

    • Burgois

Geee, please go, love him, kiss him, marry him and make him happy. Please!

    • Jen90

It amazes me after all these two terrorist did you still think they could be innocent.

  • GabrlaMA

This repeat story of Sergeant Sean Murphy furious at the way
Dzhorkhar Tsarnaev was portrayed on the Rolling Stone Cover appears as a copy and paste from Boston Magazine’s first Murphy Photo Release article onto today’s coverage. The lead statement “The most terrifying manhunt in Boston history” programs the reader on how to process the Marathon Shelter-in-Place and explosion drill. It is time to factually report that the marathon blasts were part of the DHS 200,000 grant funded 2013 Urban Shield training exercise. Law enforcement confusion in the exercise lead to the death of Tamerlan Tsarnaev. They also chaotically shot 300 rounds at Dzhorkhar Tsarnaev. Photographic evidence reveals that neck wounds came after his removal from the boat. Dzhorkhar clearly displays frailty and surrender. This after-wound points to an intentional wound infliction or assassination. The public is well aware that Boston battles
between cover-up and salvage of the training exercise confusion. Officials can not hide their cower and scramble for who will take the fall of Tamerlan Tsarnaev’s killing, Dzhorkhar Tsarnaev’s damage, and that they must face compensation to the Tsarnaev family.

So, could we see the Lord & Taylor video at least?

        • Jen90

O Lord here we have another conspiracy nut trying to defend the terrorist. Do you really need to see a video of every murder to know they did it? If so every murderer would get away with murder. They ran when they were found out and they kidnapped a man, shoot at police, threw explosives and tried to run the police over. That is proof enough. The cops saw this because hello they were going through it and a bunch of people in the neighborhood witnessed them doing shooting at police and throwing explosives so don’t give me that crap. If you want to defend terrorist that murder people then move to the middle east were you will fit right in with all they other terrorist supporters.

          • ML NJ

FTR, I believe that the Chechen Boys were involved. But they were fingered by the “person of interest” who was allowed to escape. I do not believe that the Chechen Boys were ID’ed by the supposed video.

          • kiki davis

O for Christ sake, they didn’t “kidnap” anyone, and while were on the subject lets figure this out: the carjacked victim: are we talking about “danny” jiang lantan,or DM,who is the actual “victim, his real name is suppose to be jiang lantan, but his American friends call him danny, now in the indictment against Jahar he is refered to as DM,why the hell is that, and heres a question: in June a guy was arrested for assaulting his mother, this guy was found with a pressure cooker bomb, all the material to build more, guns,a dead birds head in a shoe box ,the list goes on and his mother told police he was at the Marathon,,oh yeah, his name is DANIEL MORLEY,after a little research I find that this Daniel Morley leased a car in Texas, the SAME exact car that Tamerlan was suppose to have carjacked,SAME EXACT CAR,SAME COLOR, SAME PLATE #, got any answers for this one, seems like the FBI, maybe the prosecution are holding some little secerts,WHO really is this carjacked victim, danny, jiang lantan,DM,huh what a puzzle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        • Jen90

Do you really think because YOU didn’t see it on video means he didn’t do it? Do you demanded video of all murderers?

          • ML NJ

No. But you see, the police claimed they ID’ed the Chechen Boys from the video. I’ve seen pictures of the supposed video camera, but not the video. I’ve spoken to several people who are sure they saw the video but since the Mass Governor stated that he hasn’t seen it, I’m pretty sure no one else has either. But CNN et al. did show a video of the Chechen Boys, along with many others, walking harmlessly behind the crowd with a voice-over about the Lord & Taylor video.

Sorry, but it just doesn’t pass my smell test.

      • Ghazal Modarresi

No I stand with the Constitution and the right to a fair trial and being innocent until proven guilty.

  • thetruth

You feel sorry for the victims of bombings, why you do not have a drop of regret to the young man, whom you call “guilty.” You shout about democracy and human rights, and at the same time you’re like vultures pounced on the boy, whose guilt has not been proved. For all written and unwritten laws – he’s innocent. However, he was already suffering. Suffers from many, many injuries. Suffers from the loss of his brother. He suffers from separation from family. Suffers from a general hatred.

Let’s be honest – you really do not care who bombed. You pleased with the fact that you were given. Because if you were not indifferent, if you really want to understand, you would have asked for a moot point, for every lie behind every conflict. But you are silent. You can only curse the helpless boy. And forgive me, but I despise you for it.

    • Darrel Crayon

forgive you ?? no..we will just get the same justice from you as we did this scumbag…idiots like you always F up…and we will be waiting to throw you in jail and throw away the key as well….get ready we are coming…..

    • chuck

He is a scumbag not only did he kill and hurt all those people his own brother

      • kiki davis

believe what you will, the doctors at the hospital and the ME,both reported that it did not appear that the body of Tamerlan Tsanraev had been run over or dragged, there was no indication nor injuries that they normally see in cases like that,so that again was something the cops started saying and again it was another lie.As far as him killing anyone there is no proof of that except what the media reports, but how would they know absolutely for sure unless they were there,if that’s true what the hell is wrong with them.

    • Burgois

Hey thetruth, thank you because you just make me sick, now I’m feeling good. Again, thank you.

    • 6PUNK7

HEY TRUTH YOU ARE THE EVIL

    • Jus Plaindogg

“However, he was already suffering. Suffers from many, many injuries. Suffers from the loss of his brother. He suffers from separation from family. Suffers from a general hatred.”
So you’re saying because of his suffering the victims of his terrorism should feel sympathetic towards him?
Also, if he truly suffers from the loss of his brother, he has no one to blame but himself and his brother.
If he truly suffers from separation from his family, he has no one to blame but his family and himself – he could have easily flown home and stayed there – we all would have been better off if he and his scum of a brother did that.
If he truly suffers from general hatred he either he has no one to blame but himself, his family, his brother and his weak, sick, radicalized, Anti-American mind!

      • Ghazal Modarresi

You don’t even care about getting justice for the victims nor do you care about their suffering. All you care about is your close minded ideas and biases. How can you judge someone you never met? You just want someone to blame because it makes you feel better.

  • Debbie Rajczewski

You people make me sick with your “poor Tsarnaev” comments!!! Pictures and confessions DO NOT LIE!!!!! Yeah…he’ll get his due process and a fair trial, but I am SO sick of you terrorist supporters!! Get the hell out of my country if you feel so much for these animals!!!! I personally think you do this for attention!! He should be put to death!!! Don’t like the way our country is doing things, then move your sorry selves to an Islamic country and see hoe long you remain alive, because we ALL know how much love and respect they give Americans…Americans who have fought and died to help their sorry asses. Sick of you bleeding heart terrorist lovers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • thetruth

I remember reading back in April that the police said Jahar wouldn’t cooperate and refused to lift up his shirt.

Funniest thing when today we get like 5 pictures of Jahar lifting up his shirt and cooperating.

Who wants to take bets on the next lie that gets exposed?

    • Darrel Crayon

      sure who cares

    • RShaw

Clearly you’re not aware of how much “news” gets reported incorrectly, and how reports will differ between news organizations/channels. And things that are reported incorrectly are rarely corrected later. But just because all this happens, that doesn’t mean there’s always something nefarious going on. When you’re relying on human beings to report and to describe things, there is always going to be some amount of error, especially when people are rushing to be first on a story. That said, it is possible for nefarious things to happen. I just wouldn’t automatically jump to that conclusion.

      • Pablo

Yeah, accurate reporting would just be crazy!

    • Jen90

Who cares you are lucky they didn’t kill him since obviously you care about this monster. In Russia they just kill these terrorist and be done with them and no one bats an eye or says anything about them. Get over the “poor little terrorist being shot. He killed 4 people and blew many mores limbs off almost killing them also. They were also shooting at police trying to kill them, throwing some explosives and he tried to run the police over! He deserves death with a pressure cooker or at least spend his miserable existence in prison the rest of his life.

“Law enforcement converge” on a boat and shoot it up without bothering to find out if some neighborhood kid was hiding in there. (And that’s just fine with all you Massachusetts liberals.)

  • ML NJ

Is it impolite to want to know who this guy (http://tinyurl.com/bmwu5du) is?

    • Moshe Saladin

I was there when they took this guy into custody.
      It was in Boston common.
He was driving the box truck that delivers the roasted peanut cart.
He pulled into the common as he does every day and the cops wholly over-reacted and took him down at the point of a good 1/2 dozen assault rifles. They then brought dogs to sniff the truck for bombs.
This was indeed de facto martial law during the incident and it’s immediate aftermath.

      • ML NJ

        I wonder about your explanation.

What I see is a guy STILL in handcuffs after he has obviously been checked out by a dog. And I am mindful that the police are said to have arrested a “person of interest” who just turned out to be a Saudi VIP. (VIP enough to have received a hospital visit from Michelle Obama.)

The Saudi VIP is gone now, and the Chechen Boys who may have also been involved, were fingered to take the fall.

    The true terrorist is Obama

    • Jen90

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and Tamerlan Tsarnaev the true terrorist that blow people up and killed people on April 15th. You stand with America or you stand with the terrorist and that makes you a terrorist because of obviously you support terrorist. Some people don’t care unless it’s done to their family. I see most people are selfish and self centered like that.

      • snafubar

You are in agreement with the police who trampled all over our US Constitution.

The police take an oath to protect the US Constitution. They failed that night.

It is you and the police who are thugs and traitors.

I see most people like you could care less about the laws of America.

      • Karen Pearson

Jen90 no disrespect but you seem rather uneducated i suggest you hop on ya pc and google your governments history of false flags and setting people up to meet there own agenda. And to assume that these two boys are terrorists without trial or fair justice clearly shows that you are indeed more terrorist in your attitude you have seen no proof of their guilt yet you would see him (Jahar) rot in prison or worse? well wouldn’t the world be a much happy place if we all had your attitude. Seriously though go research your history you never know you might highly doubtful but you might just learn something.

        • Guest

Karen you say no disrespect then disrespect someone. You are just a bully to people that don’t believe your shiit. You are a conspiracy nut that believes anything Alex Jones and other nuts put on the internet. Do you believe everything you see on the internet? Are you that gullible. I don’t follow people and the crowd like sheeple as you can tell. I have my own mind and will never stand up for a freaking terrorist like you idiots. The terrorist groups love you stupid people this is what they want gullible idiots like you all and instead of standing up for America and Americans you stand up for the POS terrorist that murder these innocent people and blew their legs off. If you didn’t noticed they were shooting at police, throwing explosives and trying to run police over. People in the neighborhood saw this the police saw this because they were shooting at them! If you support terrorist then move to the middle east they will appreciate you there and you can become one of a terrorist wives.

          • Karen Pearson

Well to be honest dear thats just the kind of attitude i was expecting, you go along with your head up your backside and think that all the worlds problems come from extremists do you seriously believe the usa is whiter than white? they go around sticking there noses into other countries problems just to see what they can gain and cause death and destruction in their wake you need to understand the bigger picture and try to imagine if you were a innocent in one of these countries things are not just black and white you need to look at all the grey bits and im not a alex jones nut although i do admire his passion and he speaks a lot of sense im just a normal woman trying and hoping for a better life for my children. and as for seeing proof i ask to see these boys planting the bombs have you seen that? no you aint because no body has and as for the police in your country don’t even get me started on that because thats a whole other ball game. I still suggest you do some research and it aint about trusting everything you read on the internet it’s about getting your info and deciding as a intelligent human being what is proof and what isn’t.

          • Ghazal Modarresi

And do you believe everything you hear on TV?

          • Ghazal Modarresi

Were you even there when they supposedly threw explosives at the police? How in the world would you know something like that? Right cuz you saw it on tv

        • Jen90

Karen you say no disrespect then disrespect someone. You are just a bully and a hypocrite. You are a conspiracy nut that believes everything Alex Jones says. Do you believe everything you read on the internet? That is what these terrorist want. I have my own mind and don’t follow the crowd like sheeple as you can tell. They were shooting at police, throwing explosives and trying to run police over. People in the neighborhood saw this and the police. If you want to support terrorist then move to the middle east they will appreciate you there. Maybe you can become one of the terrorist wives.

  • snafubar

Yet with ALL the jack-booted thuggery and tyranny displayed that night by the “peace officers” they were unable to locate the TERRORIST by themselves.

If it weren’t for a vigilant citizen, he may have never been caught.

I don’t want to hear any cr@p about how “well” the cops did that night by trampling on our Constitution.

Tsarnaev was read his Miranda rights. An enemy combatant Muslim terrorist was afforded more US Constitutional rights than the citizens of Boston, whose homes were searched without a warrant.

Thug cops, every single one of them.

    • Jen90

I see no bad words for the terrorist that wanted to kill and maim Americans and did! You are just mad the police entered homes to try and find the terrorist and that it was a neighbor that noticed his boat messed up and called them? Get your panties out of a bunch and get over it. There are more important things like the safety of Americans then your little whining fest oever something so small compared to what happened that day on April 15th!

      • snafubar

        Sure thing Jen.

Have you ever heard of the US Constitution? Obviously not. You seem very willing to toss it aside. The fact is that the “peace officers” violated the US Constitution that night. It doesn’t seem to to concern you at all.

The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution protects citizens and criminal suspects from unreasonable searches of their property and persons.

Thomas Jefferson, in his 1801 inaugural address said:

“They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”

        Like you.

As far as Tsarnaev goes, I hope he burns in hell with his brother.

But the fact remains, the cops had NOTHING to do with finding him, even though they imposed illegal MARTIAL LAW to find him.

        • Jen90

Well I am glad you agree on that and you don’t support this POS murderer.

          • snafubar

            Nor do I support N A Z I Gestapo tactics.

          • snafubar

Nor do I support jack-booted thug cops who trample on the Constitution.

I don’t hear one whimper of sympathy from you regarding the death of the Constitution.

          • Alex

I guess you also fervently supported Timothy McVeigh’s and Terry Nichols’ constitutional rights back in the 90s, right?

          • snafubar

You betcha. Every US citizen has Constitutional rights, regardless of the crimes they have committed. In fact, they WERE afforded their rights.

Foreign Muslim enemy combatants, not so much.

I suppose you would rather just throw out the US Constitution for all of us, eh? After all, what good is it? It’s just an old, outdated document.

Let’s just drone bomb anyone we suspect of being a “terrorist”. Does that work for you?

          • Alex

You’ve just said it: enemy combatant. They don’t have the same rights as US citizens.

          • snafubar

And SOME US citizens don’t have the same rights as OTHER US citizens. Some are MORE EQUAL than others.

Question: Why should Tsarnaev be afforded Constitutional rights, yet it’s OK to kill 4 US citizens by drone strikes without due process?

            Answer: Because Obama said so.

          • Alex

Would you rather have them operating with impunity, planning another terrorist attack?

          • snafubar

No, I would rather we give up on the politically correct nonsense of the TSA frisking 90 year old grandmothers in wheelchairs at the airport, who obviously isn’t a terrorist.

Of course, that’s OK with you.

I would rather treat all citizens equally under the law, as we are supposed to do, not pick and choose which citizens will be terminated. .

          • Jen90

Yeah I am OK with that because even 90 year olds can be terrorist or forced by terrorist to wear a bomb

          • snafubar

Yet frisk a Muslims wearing robes and you’ll get fired from your TSA job.

            Go figure.

          • Alex

Don’t give me that nonsense. You change the subject and then answer your own questions. I do think that targeting those people prevented future tragedies.

          • snafubar

You can think all you want. It doesn’t make it so.

As far as I know, they were never charged with murder or conspiracy to commit murder prior to their assassinations. In fact, one was just a boy having lunch at a cafe, who happened to be the son of one of the targets.

Meanwhile, Homeland Security ignored Tsarnaev threats emanating from Moscow.

Why weren’t the Tsarnaev brothers targeted? Oh, that’s right. They were Muslim.

Just think of the lives that could have been saved.

          • Alex

And if they were charged, would you volunteer to deliver the subpoena to them personally and expect them to come to the US to face trial?

          • snafubar

What you are saying is that just because you can’t extradite an accused, then it’s just fine to assassinate them, regardless of whether it’s been proven that they have actually committed a crime.

The Tsarnaev brothers were living right here in the US, we had intel on them from Russia, yet they were never assassinated. Why is that?

You truly DON’T believe in the US Constitution.

I understand now. You are just like the Tories of yesteryear.

          • Alex

Again, we have no access to data that proves/disproves their guilt. Filing a formal complaint with the entity that tramples all laws as just laughable. It’s an exercise in futility. We are not at war with Switzerland: our enemies have no regard for human life. Just look at what they are doing to each other in Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen.

          • snafubar

Guilt of a US citizen is proven or dis-proven in a court of law, not in a closed door meeting where punishment is meted out with pilot-less drones.

Filing a formal complaint with the (US citizen) entity that tramples all laws may be laughable, but it IS the law.

Like I said, it is obvious that the Constitution means nothing to you.

          • Alex

Don’t wave that flag at me. KSM, is not a good example since he was caught after the crime was committed. All the more reason for a preemptive strike. I do strongly believe in a simple principle: if someone’s about to kill you kill him first.

          • snafubar

Waving the flag at you is appropriate. You don’t seem to understand the Constitution.

If KSM already committed the crime, and we knew it, why not just nuke him where he stands? Why waste a trial? He isn’t even a US citizen, yet Holder wanted him tried in a civilian court in NYC.

That’s what you’ve been arguing all along.

        • Alex

And Jefferson also said the following: The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is it’s natural manure. I guess you subscribe to that as well.

          • snafubar

            Absolutely. Need you ask?

            We are overdue.

          • Alex

Wanna start another civil war? One was not enough? I guess murdering your fellow countrymen doesn’t bother you. You only get upset when “enemy combatants” get in harm’s way.

          • snafubar

I don’t want to start it. But it sure seems that those who are at war with the US Constitution do.

(P.S. – the ones who are at war with the US Constitution are the “tyrants” that Jefferson referred to. If they are at war with the Constitution, they they are no more my “fellow countrymen” than the Tories were in 1776).

          • Alex

What about the “patriots”? Are you willing to cause more bloodshed to promote your interpretation of US Constitution?

          • snafubar

It wouldn’t be me causing the bloodshed, it would be the tyrants. They are the ones declaring WAR on the Constitution and the citizens who believe it is the supreme law of the land.

What is YOUR interpretation of the Constitution? That it’s OK for jack booted thugs to enter your home and search it without a warrant? That’s one of the ORIGINAL REASONS for the Revolution, illegal searches and seizures.

If you’re a true Patriot, then you will die for your country. Read up on the Revolution. Those men who died gave up everything.

          • Alex

I’ve read quite a lot of literature about he early days of the republic. The original cause was: taxation without representation. But i’ve never seen “search without a warrant” mentioned in any documents.

          • snafubar

You need to read a little more.

(British) Massachusetts Governor General Gage directed the British soldiers to begin general, warrant-less searches for arms and ammunition.

According to the Boston Gazette, of all General Gage’s offenses, “what most irritated the People” was “seizing their Arms and Ammunition.”

          • Alex

There were a million events that “irritated” the people. The stamp act, the Boston massacre, George Washington’s wounded pride for not being promoted in the ranks….

          • snafubar

And a popular Boston newspaper of the time said what MOST irritated the people was the redcoats “seizing their Arms and Ammunition.”

That’s what led to the bloodshed at Concord and Lexington. Illegal seizure of guns and gunpowder.

Since you are so well read and know of the “millions” of events that “irritated” the people, I am surprised that you weren’t aware that the illegal searches and seizures were the most grievous complaint of the colonists.

You can admit that you didn’t know that fact. Otherwise you are just being argumentative.

          • Alex

I’ve read all that I could find on the founding fathers in every library/book store/internet you name it. Here’s a little background info on that battle: The British Army’s infantry, nicknamed “redcoats” and sometimes “devils” by the colonists, had occupied Boston since 1768 and had been augmented by naval forces and marines to enforce the Intolerable Acts, which had been passed by the British Parliament to punish the Province of Massachusetts Bay for the Boston Tea Party and other acts of protest.

          • snafubar

Gov. Gage was on his way to seize the Patriots arms and gunpowder when the colonists fought back.

With regard to historical documents, you need read no further than the Bill of Rights.

1st amendment = freedom of speech

2nd amendment = right to bear arms

3rd amendment = No Soldier shall be quartered in any house without the consent of the Owner

4th amendment = no illegal searches and seizures

It’s right up there at the TOP of the Bill of Rights.

            There’s a reason for that.

    • Jen90

Also most of the residents didn’t care and were happy to comply so shut up it didn’t even happen to you. The way some of you are whining you would think someone murderer your dog because obviously you don’t care about humans and what was done to people on April 15th!

      • snafubar

Like they had a choice. HA HA !!

        That’s the funniest one yet.

They didn’t murder my dog. They murdered my Constitution.

        Something you care nothing about.

    • public_servant_watch

A presumed innocent defendant who is an American citizen. If you think your rights are important you should not diminish his right to his rights while making the grievance.

      • snafubar

Tsarnaev was granted US citizenship on 9/11/2012, just 7 months prior to his butchery. How’s that for a sharp stick in the eye?

Meanwhile, Obama killed 4 US citizens without due process using armed drones.

Tsarnaev was afforded more Constitutional rights than they were, yet they hadn’t killed anyone.

        So what’s your point?

        • public_servant_watch

Obama needs a seat at a defendant table on multiple fronts. He is viewed as a war criminal by many and has a slew of other negative actions that question his right to remain President with a very loud uproar to initiate impeachment proceedings. What is your point?

          • snafubar

I never said that Tsarnaev’s rights need be “diminished”.

Nor do American’s rights need to be “diminished”, yet they were by the jack booted thugs via illegal searches. .

My point is that Tsarnaev was afforded more Constitutional rights for his heinous crimes than were the law abiding citizens of Boston who committed no crime.

Is that too hard to understand?

        • Beavis Buthead

How dare you malign the United States based upon the actions of that evil anti-Christ Barack Hussein Obama! shame on you!

          • Jen90

Coming from the Beavis Butthead that dosen’t think the murderer that murdered and blew peoples limbs off at the Marathon is evil.

          • valbcd

Jen not only is Beavis misinformed but he is incredibly stupid as well !

        • Alex

          Did Hitler ever kill anyone?

          • snafubar

Um, did Stalin ever kill anyone? Lenin? How about Mao? Pol Pot?

That’s a dumb question. Unless, of course, you are comparing Obama to Hitler. Then it makes perfect sense.

          • Alex

No quite. Although i’m no fan of Obama, i was comparing the 4 terrorists eliminated in a drone strike (who personally didn’t kill anyone) to world’s most brutal dictators.

          • snafubar

Do you have evidence that they ever ordered anyone killed?

If so, I’d love to hear it.

          • Alex

By the same token, do you have evidence to the contrary: they were really misunderstood men of peace willing to extend the olive branch to the rest of the world?

          • snafubar

So you are saying that it’s up to the accused to prove that they didn’t order any one killed to prevent their own assassination?

You are all for human rights. What ever happened with “innocent until proven guilty?”

It is up to the state to prove a murderer’s guilt. It is not the responsibility of the accused to disprove that he didn’t kill someone.

Using your logic, Tsarnaev should have been shot in the head on the spot, rather than being read his Miranda rights, since he was obviously a killer.

Sorry, but you are all over the place.

          • Alex

Close but no cigar. Both of us have no idea about their innocence or guilt – only officials with the highest security clearance do. You’ve been conditioned throughout your whole life to distrust the government and it can be a healthy attitude unless it becomes an obsession. For my part, i’ve met quite a few people who lived in the middle east for a long time and had many opportunities for observing and learning many facts about living there. It can all be summarized in one sentence: middle east is not the mid-west.

          • snafubar

Yes, and those officials with all that knowledge should have arrested those US citizens and charged them with a crime and tried them in a court of law.

They are not above the Constitution.

No cigar there either. Obama = judge, jury, and executioner.

Habeus corpus? Out the window. And that’s alright with you.

          • Alex

Have you (or know someone who) ever arrested a violent, armed religious fanatic in the middle east? You’d be lucky to come back alive.

          • snafubar

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed comes to mind.

I’m sure there were many more that were “removed” from the middle east that we know nothing about.

            It’s been done before.

Besides, the fact that you can’t capture an American citizen abroad doesn’t give you the right to assassinate them abroad without due process.

You don’t give a cr@p about the Constitution, do you?

    • lakawak

Snafu…this is your mother talking. You have embarrassed me for the last time. Please kill yourself tomorrow.

          • Aleksey Boyko

Well, maybe he isn’t speaking to a mostly English crowd? How about he wasn’t speaking to you at all? How about he was speaking to the ones who could understand? Your request should have at least contained a “please” in it, currently you’re just being obnoxious and insisting on being so for some reason that evades me. Hence my response to you in the same form to demonstrate this fact: learn Olbanian, Jen.

          • Jen90

Most people on here obviously speak English. If you can’t tell I was not speaking to you either I was talking to him. If your offended by what I said to him I don’t care I was not rude. I just wanted to know why if he can speak English then why not speak it on a form where most people are speaking English, that’s all I was saying. I see you are not offended by people that support terrorist and don’t care about the victims so I could care less what you think of me.

          • Paul

why do you insist on saying “MOST PEOPLE”. What everyone is trying to tell you is that your are RUDE. If you come to my house and do not speak my language am i supposed to just bluntly say “speak English” LOL are you really this narrow minded and impolite? Have some class Jen90.

    time stamps anywhere?

i hope no one believes there would be photos taken as evidence of a crime scene without time stamps. (hint: they’ve been scrubbed)

    • snafubar

whoops, missed him the first few times, until an alert citizen called….

    • lakawak

Wow…so MANY ignorant comments. So…in your opinion, the only way to have a time stamp on a photo is to have it like in the days of 35 mm film where it HAD to be printed on the print?

      • snafubar

yes, many ignorant comments, and all of them from you.

      • Jennifer Payton

You are absolutely correct. It’s called metadata and it tells you everything you need to know about each photo: date and time taken, camera settings, etc. The time stamps do not need to appear ON the photos. It’s all embedded in the metadata. (Photography major.)

      • Guest

of course not. i’m fully aware of metadata. this isn’t some everyday selfie you put on instagram, where timing is irrelevant. this is evidence in 1) a high profile case, and 2) one that has a lot of people doubting the official story. the officials (always, but especially when the people are asking questions) have an obligation to present any information with accuracy and clarity. since the timeline in any crime is of utmost importance, then yes, OF COURSE the time stamps had to be printed on the print.

however, the exif data is missing…check it out for yourself.

  • Linda MacDonald

This seems like the Boston Magazine pandering to the Boston Police. Where’s the investigative journalism? I can’t believe these photos didn’t spark some questions among the BM staff.

  • Beavis Buthead

Police are only legally permitted to fire their weapons in self-defense or when defending someone else. In other words, if they fire their weapons offensively, they are committing a crime. The military are permitted to fire their weapons offensively, not the police. Now, I have zero sympathy for the Boston Bomber, however, I also have no tolerance for the moron cops that allowed him to escape the scene where his brother was apprehended live, and then mysteriously died in the hospital. Take a look at this photo.. the boat is riddled with hundreds of bullet holes. Some bullets fired went through the walls of nearby resident’s houses. There is no excuse for what the police did. They had no way of knowing if the man in the boat was the Boston Bomber or some homeless person or a kid! Even if they were 100% sure it was him, they still had no business shooting the boat up like that. Why haven’t any of the police been punished for this? They made a bad situation worse.

    • Jen90

O god boo hoo get over and you are seriously misinformed on some stuff.

      • snafubar

Wow, Jen, you just love out of control cops, don’t you?

        • lakawak

Nothing out of control about what they did. Your own mother wishes you were dead. Why not give her her wish? You know you think about it EVERY morning. So tomorrow, don’t chicken out.

… Are you sure you’re against senseless violence? You want people who disagree with you dead? Of course not, you’re a GOOD person! You wouldn’t kill anyone, that’s wrong! You’d just highly encourage them to kill themselves. Because it wouldn’t matter to you personally if they did, and THAT’S the only important thing… Are you 12 or are you in severe need of therapy? Please, for the sake of everyone around you, seek help.

Have you read some of the new rules of engagement in combat areas? Also, if you are a US ambassador and you are under attack you’re not allowed to shoot back, just ask Swillary.

    • Hardcore_Gamer1

The other thing that isn’t mentioned too is the fact that the Police chief initially stated that their was a firefight, but then later retracted and said that it was a misunderstanding and no firefight ever occurred. This was re-iterated by the mainstream media. Now these pictures clearly show that the police were shooting at the boat, despite clearly flip flopping on the issue for months. Their was also no gun found in the boat. Even the man who wrote the coroners report that was posted a while back seemed in the dark about when and where the younger brother was shot. Sadly, the Government is now prosecuting the Police photographer for sharing the photos that were taken on private property that the government doesn’t even own.

      • ednastvincent

There was a lot of misinformation the day of the event. The media were hungry for any information and repeated anything and everything they were told without trying to verify. But if there were a vast conspiracy to fool us all, they could have planted a gun on him as well as some bullets at the scene and held to the gunfight story. The fact that no one did that and that it did eventually become clear to all that he was unarmed is a sign that we do not, in fact, live in a Soviet police state.

    • Anthony Fernandisse

The only problem I see here is that the police failed to use thermal imaging to identify EXACTLY where the child murdering cop killer Boston Bomber was hiding inside the boat. Had they used technology there would NOT have been the complete and absolute waste of ammunition used in trying to ‘secure’ the subject who was hiding in the boat in a failed attempt to prevent his own capture for the crime of MURDER of children and a police officer.

Had the use of this readily available technology been utilized a few well-placed rounds could have saved the boat owner the hassle I am sure he went through with his insurance company to get his very nice boat ship shape again for the summer with the kids. It would have also saved millions upon millions of dollars in tax payer dollars that WILL be WASTED in defending a GUILTY (due process kiss my A$$-for you liberals think of it as an Obama drone) person from his fate.

With .556 rounds going for a little over a $1.00 (THANKS Obama-NOT) a piece all the legal troubles facing the country and endless online bickering as well as my troubles of me wasting my time here trying to convince the stupid and closed minded could have been avoided for less than $10.00 with a good solid marksman.

P.S. TRUE REASON FOR ALL AMERIANS TO CELEBRATE…THE MURDERING MUSLIM ARMY TRAITOR CONVICTED IN FT. HOOD HAS BEEN GIVEN A SENTENCE OF DEATH AS HIS PENALTY!!! JOY JOY JOY!!! NEXT UP IS THE BOSTON BOMBER!!
Think of what a better shot on the Army Muslim Traitor or the Boston Punk Child Killer could have done for tax payer cost saving’s!!!

      • ednastvincent

They did use thermal imaging and they did know where he was located in the boat and my understanding is that they were shooting to disorient and scare him. He is bleeding because he was in a shootout with the cops earlier and he was hit at that time. That’s my understanding, open to revising this depending on the evidence we see.

    • Paul

“Great job Officers”? So you agree with this kind of
extreme violence towards SUSPECTED criminals. No matter what they did, do you
not believe that Americans, as civil people (which i am sure you are) should
not make sure we prove that he is guilty through a court of law before deciding
his faith? Not to mention the inhumane and unnecessary force used on a boy badly
injured with a bullet in his head and in no way resisting arrest. Have you seen
the helicopter footage? Eye witnesses statements? Are you just going to blindly
say “Good job boys, America is safer now”? I’m hoping you are simply ignorant to the severity
of these kinds of actions and long term effects on the future of the United States.
I am not blaming the officers personally; they are at best, just following
orders. I’m blaming the guys pulling the strings. America is a country which
now has a very bad image to much of the rest of the world with the constant
fixation on policing all these different cultures and imposing their way of
life and political systems with massive heavy invasions putting young innocent American
soldiers in life threatening positions … Furthermore, now it’s happening
in America by Americans. Have you not noticed by any chance that since we have
been invading, occupying and influencing these different countries, “terrorism”
threats have gone UP? Not down. I’m hoping you will reflect on this issue a
little more and understand that America was not built on these types of values.
Real, hardworking, true, patriotic constitutional abiding Americans are NOT

Think about being in-charge of those officers going into the situation. There was no evidence that he didn’t have more explosives or weapons for that matter. What they do know is that he was in a shoot-out earlier AND detonated two large bombs in a crowd. Did they do the right thing subduing the living shit out of him to near death? Fuck yes they did. So flaming this woman for supporting the officers DOING THEIR JOB seems ridiculous.

In the end, if I was in-charge of the situation I wouldn’t have put his life before my officers…ever. Maybe when someone puts your life in danger you will see what kind of “barbaric” means will save your hippie ass.

It’s amazing how successful you can be capturing a lone teenager when you have hundreds of millions of dollars in gear. Tanks, helicopters, armored personnel carriers, drones, weaponry, paramilitary battle systems, and more. Mix in forcing people from their homes against their will and against the 4th Amendment at gunpoint and the success ratio climbs even more. Well, except when they let him get away that one time, but other than that they were successful in finding him. Well, after a citizen told them where he was, but other than that they did a great job, well, except for shooting the unarmed teenager dozens of times, but other than that……

Yes, and the ongoing praise of corruption and incompetence continued in hearings before Congressional and Senate Committees.

Of course then there is that general premise of how our protectors missed these “guys” that keeps getting played and played over and over!

Just too interesting that the House HLS Committee drafts a Bill on 4/12/2013 that covers the importance of information sharing by the feds with the locals in anti-terrorism efforts followed by this FRAUD on 4/15/2013 and even with FBI ID’d as the characters at Blast Site 2 the same song keeps getting played.

  • Sick of goon squads

We are all raised to believe we have handed the state the monopoly on the legitimate use of force, and that the police will catch bad guys and only put bullets in people if they are armed and even then only use proportionate force. We still have a society that catches bad guys some of the time, part of the system works, but sadly across all of government, it only seems to attract sickos, murderous thug sickos. The highest echelons of government attract worthless bloodlusting militarist sickos, and what used to be your local firm but fair neighborhood cops, are now a paramilitary force of hopped up on steroids ex soldiers who see the citizenry as the enemy. It’s effng sad. It’s now a dishonest way to make a living to work for government unless you’re a firefighter or something. It’s just sad. I took my car to the body shop today, and after I left, I marveled and thought to myself, here’s a man with a small business, who only voluntarily interacts with people who want his services, coercion and violence aren’t at the root of what he does, isn’t that just beautiful. I was moved. I had a moment. He’s just repairing cars and taking cash and living an honest living. He’s not in some goon squad ramming down the apartment doors of victimless crime nonviolent crime weed dealers, he’s not decked out in military getup armed to the teeth thinking he’s superior, he’s just a dude, with a skill, and I want something fixed and he helps me out. He’s not terrifying. Sadly, the real terror, is the terror modern government instills in our hearts. It’s a sad, sad, time to be alive. Imagine the world we will leave our kids. A world in which sickos from the government think NOT bombing Syria means the US “loses crediblity”. My God. Take the recent police murder of a 95 year old nursing home resident in Chicago http://www.wnd.com/2013/08/why-did-cops-kill-this-95-year-old-in-walker/

Next time you’re at a party and you meet someone and they say they work in some capacity as a government goon, (of course they won’t use that language), it’s time to start shunning these people socially. These people should be pariahs. They do not make an honest living. They are the problem.

    • ednastvincent

The people I want to shun socially are people like Nancy Lanza, who do not work in law enforcement but who feel the need to give their disturbed teenagers lots of pretty guns to play with, until the day they wake up, shoot you in the face, and then kill 20 children. Yes, there is corruption in many police department. Yes, people can overreact, esp. if they think there is a huge manhunt on for a dangerous terrorist. Yes, our government, with the consent of Congress, has recently made what I consider some bad decisions. But that does not mean that all of our systems are completely corrupted and beyond repair and it does not mean that the average cop or soldier is not trying to do a good job in a difficult situation. Your repair guy is noble, but so is the neighborhood cop who does his best to protect little old ladies from drug gangs and the US soldier on loan to the UN serving in a peacekeeping force in the Sinai desert.

Sgt. Murphy – Thanks for the photos, and I understand your anger about the Rolling Stone cover. But I’d like to offer another perspective. To me, the cover didn’t glamorize the suspect at all. Rather, I found it chilling and downright disturbing.

There’s a scene in a Woody Allen movie (no, I’m not segueing to comedy here) where he shows up at a Halloween party in street clothes. The hostess asks him what he’s supposed to be, and he replies:

“A serial killer. They look like everyone else.”

Even though this isn’t nearly as real as it gets, I’m glad they saved his life just to most likely torture him, have taxpayers feed him, cloth him, give him a trial, where they might kill him. It’s great seeing two men cause so much chaos in this country while we prepare to begin AIRSTRIKES on a country even though there is no reason for a war-obsessed America to enter yet another war. Glad to see international organizations doing their job

  • Nikotin

Police department of Boston is not democratic. Lets AIRSTRIKE on their heads.

  • Nathan

I think with this case, it goes beyond the Boston bombings.

I too was just as blind as everyone else, and believed everything I was told by the news. There were a couple of individuals in my life who would tell me we are heading to a military state etc etc, and I’d just say that was preposterous and that the US is not like that.

But something about this case didn’t sit right with me after reading a few articles a few weeks back.

9000 officers for a unarmed 19 year old boy (even though prior reports said he was armed)….a city going in lockdown without any question…the boat being riddled with 100s of bullets.

Yes we are told he put the backpack down..we are told he had material on his computer….we are told he wrote a note on the boat weeks later…we are told he confessed at his hospital bed (even though this is never mentioned again)…we were told he did not comply to lifting his top (even though we can now see in the photos he is doing just that) but we need to see hard evidence before we ruin this boy’s life.
It is fact that this boys backpack was white and the backpack in question, as stated by the FBI, was black….

Ultimately we have to see this as this individual being treated as guilty before a trial has even began.

He was initially stripped of his Miranda rights, if this can happen do we really have any ‘rights’…
If this can be done to him, it can happen to me, it can happen to you.

Why do we only care if it happens to us, a family or friend….by then it will be too late.

    We need to stick together.

How many of us can say we are for intervention in Syria?
But do our government care about what we want…

Remember the world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but will be destroyed by those who watch and do nothing.

They didn’t need 9000 cops for one teenager. They needed 9000 cops to deal with whatever might have been happening — another 9/11, a major terrorist incident, a large conspiracy.

How hard is it for you and the others here to understand that hindsight is 20/20? No one knew what was going to happen until it happened.

  • deSitter

Embarrassing. A busted-up teenager vs. an infantry division. They look like cowards and bullshitters if you ask me.

    • Iuyt

And bombing innocents isn’t more cowardly ?

      • deSitter

It is what is it – a crime. Lots of crimes get committed every day. The response is a worse crime, because it’s a crime against the people and their right to be free. It’s also very disturbing that these fascist minded cops are all running around like idiots, totally clueless and incompetent, slavering and snorting like wild animals and unable to deal with one single teenager. It’s mass hysteria and as I said, having grown up in the country before these morons were so common, embarrassing. We can’t win wars against people who wear pajamas into battle, and we can’t find one stupid crazy teenager without locking down an entire city. It’s not just embarrassing, it’s damn near insane.

        • ednastvincent

Before you can have the right to be free, you must protect the right to be alive. Which is exactly what our law enforcement was doing, since no one knew whether more elaborate attacks were planned. It would have been extremely dangerous to run our public transit if the bombers had conspirators or if the other brother had not been wounded but instead had been able to pick up more bombs and set them off in various public squares and subway stations. No one knew the situation. I’m so glad it’s clear to you in retrospect, but if the situation had been different and there was a network of terrorists, ready to start a series of attacks, and they let everyone just go to work that Friday and hundreds of people had been killed, you would be right here, criticizing law enforcement and suggesting that they wanted to see their fellow Americans killed.

  • Enoch Noah

It is very uplifting to see that the vast majority of people believe there is more to this story than what we are being told, and that it definitely appears as if they were trying to murder this kid (remember, no weapon was found on him and he did not fire a shot) until the police knew the media was listening in. This case presents a very dangerous precedent, and I hope everyone realizes what that is…continue to question, and do not accept authority as truth. http://sleepbutawhile.com/the-inconvenient-truths/

While I’m not a conspiracy theorists, never have been, this case has more holes than that boat! So many lies and so many things just don’t add up. You say “end of story” but don’t you want to hear Tsarnaev’s side? I sure do, if he is found guilty, fine, I’ll accept it but it’s so irritating to me that our government and law enforcement can leak so much to try to prove their side in the media and we can’t hear one word from the accused!

      • ednastvincent

Tsarnaev will have his day in court and be able to tell his side of the story. If I hear something new, I’ll consider it. So far, it seems pretty clear cut to me.

        • Dawn Ray

Glad you are open to him having his day in court because a lot of people aren’t! And yes, it does seem clear cut to you and to most of us but again, what we’re presented with is only one side.

      • kiki davis

        EXACTLY,why is that?????????????

  • Mike Epstein

And the number of just plain anti-American posts shocks and disgusts me. Is that just ultra-left wing Massachusetts or is Obama’s evil influence infecting the whole country?

    • ednastvincent

Trust me, the people posting these conspiracy theories are NOT from Massachusetts. I live in the lockdown area. I did not meet a single person in my neighborhood, Watertown, the City of Boston or its environs who thought that law enforcement behavior was inappropriate. Yes, it was shocking to see military units running through my friend’s back yards. Yes, we were all grateful they were there. They were working for us, to keep us safe, and everyone I’ve spoken with understood that in a very direct way.

These posters hate Obama. It’s all part of their frustration that the election didn’t go the way they wanted. They’re a bunch of crybabies who can’t get over the fact that they lost. So it’s got to be the little green men who are controlling our minds.

      • kiki davis

Really!? you should read “They Locked Us Down and Took Our Rights”

      • kiki davis

Really? Check this out”they locked us down and took our rights” It’s an article written by i’m guessing one of your neighbors who doesn’t share your opinion, look it up!

  • ghmpwm

heyzuzz Crisco! What a bunch of stupid nut cases. Occam’s Razor principles completely ignored, the most apparent explanation is usually the correct explanation. These idiotic religious zealots killed and injured a lot of innocent Americans. They get what they got.

I love the red dot laser sight on his head while he labors to lift his shirt. Poor little terrorist, THIS is the photo Rolling Stone SHOULD have posted. Another lame brain religious zealot with a laser sight on his head!

The rest of you silly bolt heads need to go to your room, sit in your chair and think about America and all we stand for. THEN, consider that YOU are not the one who is going to suddenly discover that our government, for all it’s weaknesses, is a special government with armed forces who does NOT REALLY protect an environment where you, yeah, silly loose headed you, can sit around and pontificate on it’s desire to rip away your constitutional rights. Heyzuzz Crisco! thank Goodness you are here to keep us all aware that crowd sourcing is NOT a good manner of judging the validity of the situation. Yeah, Yeah, I know you think it’s just another example of lynch mob behavior. Well, it COULD be… but again, not likely. .DUH! Go to your room bozo and take off the clown suit, you are wrong again. You can put it back on the next time there is an attack (oh, and there will be another attack, ask the crowd) and come out of your little closet with your little ignorant contention and defense of the religious zealot as the rest of us identify them, arrest them, try them and hang them. You are not required to watch the hanging, you can then go back your room, take off the clown suit and return to your pitiful role in life. Call me fed up with these ACLU meatheads.

    1) Chris Kyle, CEO of a security firm called Craft International is shot and killed at a shooting range by his shooting partner

    2) The day of the Bombing Craft International is at the scene of the crime, providing “security”.

    3) On April 18-19:
    Officer Sean Collier is killed
Police chase the suspects to Watertown, MA, capture the older
brother, strip him naked, and escort him to a police car, where he
    is later killed.
A shootout ensues (police on police), where the first officer at the
scene of the killing of Officer Collier is nearly killed, he recovers,
    and then can’t remember anything
The police lose track of the younger brother, issue martial law in
Watertown, and storm through the streets with military equipment
and gear, all in a test to see how “far” they could go.
The police end the martial law, a civilian finds the younger brother
in his boat, and alerts police.
The police come in, do everything they can to kill the younger
brother, fail, and then take him into custody, where his rights are
violated, he is refused a lawyer.

    4) Several weeks later, Ibrihim Todashev, a critical witness to this case
is shot in the back of the head and killed (then shot six more times
    to make it look good)

    • pedalninja

“”do everything they can to kill the younger
brother, fail” lmao! dude, if they wanted to kill him they would have simply done just that… take off your tinfoil hat and stop drawing uneducated and uninformed conclusions to something you only read about in the news..

      • Michael Williams

zWho’s got the tiin foil hat, me or the government?

        • ednastvincent

That would be you. Hey, if you don’t like the government who represents you, change it. You’re just upset because you were outvoted in a free and fair election and you think it couldn’t possibly happen without a vast conspiracy. Well, it can and it did. So suck it up.

    • ednastvincent

All this crap about martial law in Watertown. It’s so ridiculous. We shut this city down at least 5 times every winter because of snow. Our mass transit system can’t handle a snowstorm — god knows none of us wanted to see how well it would handle a terrorist incident. We all know how to stay home and get our work done. And that’s exactly what we all did.

      • kiki davis

still hangin on to that story huh?

  • Michael Williams

Its funny how there are so many people here who are accusing others of being conspiracy theorists. Who is a conspiracy theorist, an ordinary citizen who doesn’t believe the BS put out by an overreaching government, which spies on everyone, making the assumption that the American people are the enemy (after all the NDAA states the homeland of American soil is a warzone and who is the war against?), or is the conspiracy theorist the government mentioned above?

    • ednastvincent

Can you name a country whose government you do trust and which is not overreaching?

Dishonest people always suspect others of dishonesty. What are you hiding?

      • public_servant_watch

Try the web site for Transparency International; they have a pretty good grip on world wide corruption. I am impressed with Iceland; they throw the corrupt out of their country!! The corrupt here in the USA are under the impression that this country belongs to them; they are mistaken.

  • Hoosierguy

I can’t believe some of the comments here. This piece of crap ruined the lives of alot of people. People had their legs blown off by bombs that he and his mentally disturb brother placed. They killed a police officer. They should have saved the tax payers money in housing and feeding this turd until he can brought to trial by spending 1 bullet to his forehead.

    • ashley110

i know you are saying this because thats the information you are given by media! if they did it why haven’t we seen any evidence! key point is EVIDENCE! and don’t forget he is not convicted yet and haven;t had his trial yet! he is innocent until proven guilty!!

  • Dave Boxcheese Barton

its a fucking setup, the pictures are fake as fuck, dont believe in it, its all fake to start a war in the future , ie syria , iran, the kids nowt but a patsy. ur false flag tings aint blagin me USA or the rest of the world. :)

    • Khanikins

How would the arrest of this Eastern European kid result in a war against Syria and Iran in the Middle East? The people who fall for these conspiracy theories always seem to be able to show their own ignorance.

      • ednastvincent

Seriously. Anyone who can’t tell Sunni from Shiite has no business constructing a conspiracy theory.

      • public_servant_watch

Actually the connection has been quite well articulated by experts on both regions. Google Lew Rockwell, Sibel Edmonds, and Corbett Report. You will hear educated and evidence supported argument from these folks. The conspiracy theory is essentially a dead concept; we are in fact dealing with conspiracy and the American people need to wake up and face reality!!

  • Baby Blake

After just reading some of the comments below it’s pretty clear that these photos have provoked a profound response, whatever side of the fence you may be on. To the people who believe this man deserves all he gets – I understand, I really do. What happened in Boston was truly awful and anybody who experienced it will be deeply affected for the rest of their natural lives. People died and many were gravely injured. A little boy was brutally murdered, and there can never be any justification for such a disgusting and meaningless act. However, after closely studying the case against this young man in minute detail for several months I am in a position to state with a great degree of confidence that a second injustice is taking place here – it is very unlikely Tsarnaev committed the majority of the crimes he is accused of.

My thoughts are with the good people of Boston at this time and I wish you well in your recovery from the terrible act that affected so many.

My thoughts are also with Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

    • pedalninja

“After closely studying the case against this young man in minute detail for several months I am in a position to state with a great degree of confidence that a second injustice is taking place here – it is very unlikely Tsarnaev committed the majority of the crimes he is accused of” <<=== LMAO!!

Are you privy to *ALL* of the evidence? have you interviewed anyone? have you physically investigated the crime scenes yourself and all of the witness accounts?,what exactly have you "studied" that allows you to draw this conclusion? News reports? Admit it you know nothing about what really happened other than what you've read in forums and in news reports, which is mainly other peoples opinions, theories, heresay and second hand reports.

I'm not protecting the police or government, i'm just appalled at how easily people can draw conclusions to things they really know nothing about.

      • Shay Meadows

Have YOU studied all the evidence? Have YOU interviewed anyone? Have YOU physically investigated the crime scenes? What have YOU studied that allows you to draw your conclusion? News reports?

See, these same questions can be asked of those on both sides of the issue.

        • olball coach

Yep I did – please see me my answers.

      • Baby Blake

It’s unfortunate that you regarded what I said as funny. I most certainly have not formed an opinion on this young man’s alleged complicity based on news reports/third hand reported accounts etc. I have been on the ground in Boston, so the answer to the majority of your questions is yes – I have been privy to information regarding the prosecution evidence. What exactly would you like to know? Please ask, and I will endeavor to answer your questions in as full and frank a manner as possible. I have no agenda here what so ever. I feel deeply for all the individuals who lost loved ones or were physically maimed and affected for life by this totally meaningless atrocity. Tsarnaev is one of them – and I didn’t reach that conclusion lightly.

        • public_servant_watch

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is, in fact, a victim!!

      • olball coach

They didnt do it. The proof is the FBI pik of “him – DT supposedly” leaving the bomb in front of all those “poor” people.
The crim complaint says he dropped the bag and walked away with 10 secs left before it blew.
Well – then – and only those who know what I am talking about please answer : The blue runner in the foreground finished the marathon at 4:01:38 – the first bomb went off at 4:09:43. Its that simple. Unless this is now proof our government has been holding out on us regarding time travel.
And please – there are other piks – of runners and the brothers together – as they walk down the street. Some of them finished at least 20 minutes before the bombs went off – But the brothers entered Bolyston at 2:38 and we are told in the crim complaint it took them 12 minutes to do the deed. Hmm indeed ? How does that happen when the runner old cad DT was checking out finished the race 20 minutes before he was supposed to have arrived?
Lucy DeLaniers – you have some esplainen to do….

        • public_servant_watch

The times were altered and not one that we have been told for any event clear to the night in Watertown can be trusted. Nor can timestamps on videos or pictures be trusted.

However interestingly, I was on a chat with my kids while all this was going on and here on the west coast the breaking news told us an explosion happened in Boston at the end of the marathon with multiple serious injuries at 12:05 PM (3:05 PM EST). At 12:26 PM (3:26 PM EST) we were told that people has lost legs. At 12:53 PM (3:53 PM EST) they were doing a live stream and my son said he could see “blood” on the ground at Blast Site 1. At 1:03PM (4:03 PM EST) we were told 22 injured and 2 dead. It was after this time our friend who “lost” both legs was shown being pushed in the wheelchair. If this was real time he had been on the ground for over an hour by the reported time of the blast and with the life threatening reported injuries.

According to the properties of the attached picture, the time stamp is 3:40 PM so these guys were at the T at 3:40 PM (picture from the FEMA Site [trust time?]).

You might note the lady has the same shirt on when she is working at Blast Site 2. The blue/green difference is related to the camera and video pick up on color. It is in fact the FBI agents at the T who are ID’d in the raw video at Blast Site 2.

        • olball coach

Servant – as usual you miss the point. Just pretend for moment – that it happened, people got hurt, and LE is trying to pin on it these two. Just pretend. Now, all I am pointing out here is that the very narrative that LE is positing – in their own words, their timing and internal logic is flawed. It simply could not have happened the way they said it did because their own narrative is contradictory. Now pretend a little bit more.

          • public_servant_watch

Oball – I didn’t miss any point -the times were altered in the tales told and those alterations affect much more of the tale beyond the only part you are fixated on.

Perhaps you could explain how plastic cups with fluid in them remain on a table undisturbed while people are supposedly being blown through windows. Check the table behind the mailbox. Also explain to me what’s the deal with the Massachusetts Emergency room staff during this time of crisis; they are standing around appearing bored at 4:15 PM.

My debate with you continually provides evidence based argument that you choose to argue with only your beliefs, more than obvious photoshopped pictures, and whatever you can play back from what you read in corrupted media reports. Try reality with your arguments.

          • olball coach

You’re like arguing with a fundamentalist. All the rest of us don’t see what you do, or read what you read or think what you think. We are all obviously possessed by the evil spirits that only you can see and hear. Unlike you, I am content toiling away in publicly available information and debate. Unlike you I am perfectly happy knowing what I know and recognizing the things I don’t and trying to figure them out. Unlike you I dont have all the answers. Unlike you I am happy with that. But dude, you keep on plugging cause you make this entertaining.

          • public_servant_watch

Well, I gave you pictures. Maybe you should see an eye doctor. What happened did you make a large donation to these racketeering criminals and admitting you got fooled and ripped off too much for your ego!! LOL Trust me you do not speak for all or even the majority. It’s a pretty big country and even bigger world!!

          • olball coach

Amen brother, and may the force be with you and your quiet voice friends – whatever she, he or they might be.

          • public_servant_watch

Your thought process pattern and behavior could benefit students studying psychological defense mechanisms. CLASSIC!!

Psychological projection was conceptualized by Sigmund Freud in the 1890s as a defense mechanism in which a person unconsciously rejects his or her own unacceptable attributes by ascribing them to objects or persons in the outside world.

          • Danielle Davito

You may not be possessed with evil spirits, but you are definitely lack possession of simple reasoning.’olballcoach’ even spelled it out for you,yet you refuse to admit you are wrong, like some bratty little child. It’s like those of you who are convinced of their guilt, are afraid to actually look at anything that contradicts that belief.Maybe your head will implode,as your psyche completely devours itself.

      • ednastvincent

What’s wrong with supporting the police or our government? This is still a democracy. We still have a free press, as evidenced by the photos being published above and the fact that the photographer is still living, breathing, and even working and not in a gulag somewhere. Sure, there are bad politicians and bad police officers. But if you suspect that our entire government is corrupt, I suggest you move to China and learn what it really means to live in a non democratic country.

        • public_servant_watch

I suggest you get treatment for your delusions so that you can work to expose and fight corruption with those in touch with reality!! Calling out evidence supported corruption is in fact love of country; denying it, is enabling the corrupt!

    • Krista

      Very well said.

    • ednastvincent

Well … I guess … I’d have to believe that everyone in our law enforcement, from the local Watertown police to the highest levels of the United States government, is involved in a vast conspiracy to harm two innocent young men for no reason.

Why would I believe that? Do we live in China? Soviet Russia? Saudia Arabia? Do you have any idea of the number of people who would have to be bribed or killed to set up the conspiracy you suggest?

I guess the fact that these same two men were throwing bombs out of a car has nothing to do with the idea that they might have set similar bombs at the finish line of the Boston Marathon?

Oh, right. I know. Elvis did it. Of course.

      • public_servant_watch

Don’t be ridiculous! It is the American People they are harming, defrauding and robbing. This event took place at appropriations time and was used to rob money from the American people naming the bombing in multiple bills as a reason for funding.

      • public_servant_watch

Oh and the latest stunt they are pulling is simulated court proceedings. Not one written order and most of the electronic orders on the bogus docket make it to the master docket which is a record of all the day’s orders by every sitting judge. They failed to certify the transcript of the arraignment with the court stamp!!

        • ednastvincent

Yes, and the aliens are talking to you through the tin foil on your head and none of us really exist and the internet is a big plot to keep us away from exercise. sure it does, theres something in those pictures we are not suppose to see

Ya.like an unarmed,19 year old boy,all shot to shit!Who knows what other ‘telling’ photos Mr.Murphy has in his possession.Once Dzhokhar is found not guilty, his photos will come in handy during the police brutality/excessive force lawsuit.I predict a 250 million dollar settlement.

“Too many idiotic comments – saying beating him or blowing off his head whatever…………”

Didnt they have weapon? Didnt they kill a police officer?

    • Baby Blake

No, he was unarmed and bleeding to death in that boat. The police who attended that scene had no idea there was any connection what so ever to the Collier case at that time. The connection was only made several days after his arrest – a connection that is itself fraught with all manner of inconsistencies and no solid evidence that the young man was anywhere near the scene at the time. I say solid evidence – a better description would simply be ‘evidence’ – I’ve seen none.

      • Petr

“No, he was unarmed and bleeding to death in that boat.” wtf he was doing in this boat if he is innocent?

“The police who attended that scene had no idea there was any conne……..” as I know they were looking exactly for Tsarnaev, who has been resisting arest before.

Anyways, I think he is guilty and deserves capital punishment……no capital punishment is too easy for him. My opinion.

        • Legirons

Would have been much better if they’d of let him reach room temp instead of giving this murdering POS first aid.

      • Jordan Immaculate

This is not true, prior to his capture the news was already running the connection between the two suspects and Collier. Collier was shot down the street from my office and my building was closed (along with the rest of Cambridge), all day I saw and heard reports that Collier had been shot by the suspects

        • Guest

          but you believe the media!

          • Jordan Immaculate

I’m not commenting on whether the media had it right or wrong, or whether or not I believe them. I am saying that it is not true the cops at the scene had no idea of a connection to the shooting death of Collier and that such a connection was not made until days later.

        • Baby Blake

I apologize Jordan, I should of made myself clearer. I think I should also point out that I am not a ‘conspiracy theorist’ as such and I am only approaching this topic from a legal and moral standpoint. It was all completely speculative at the time as was the similar speculation from the 7/11 robbery. The media used it as a ‘filler’ at the time – they spoke endlessly with their postulations, but little else. A note of caution here – it is not wise to believe everything a TV tells us either – they’re often way off on issues similar to this. Then ‘Danny’ the so called carjack victim escaped and allegedly told police Tamerlan had said ‘I just killed an officer in Cambridge’. Dzhokhar was not present at the immediate point of kidnap and a no point did he give ‘Danny’ any indication that he was complicit in the murder of Collier. The police on scene would of known about a possible connection to Tamerlan, but not Dzhokhar. The connection to Dzhokhar was only made some time later. He was not initially charged with the murder of Collier as authorities insisted they were still in the investigative stages.- read no evidence at that point. He was eventually indicted for it, but no new evidence from the ‘investigative’ period was forthcoming. The evidence for him committing the crime had not advanced in any way from the initial stages, yet they indicted him anyway. Hope that clarifies somewhat.

        • olball coach

And several school administrators I have spoken with knew that the BOLO that was issued following his shooting was far different than anything described in the press. The review of the video tapes, by two MIT officrs of the surveillance camera video – above Strata looking on the very place Sean was sitting – showed it was a single individual who first ran back down Vasser – and then turned around and went down Main. The dude was witnessed by someone at 15 Vasser and a valet at the Marriots. In response the Cambridge PD flooded the subways just down the street looking for him.

Further more following the review of the surveillance video and the description gleaned by the investigator “19″ of the 7/11 robbery resulted in a BOLO was issued for a 5’11″, 200 lb mexican with a bucket hat for both the robbeery and the shooting. The 7/11 robbery occurred 9 minutes by foot from the corner of Vasser and Main in front of Strata.

The BOLO was repeated at least twice before the supposed car-jacking.

The car jacking was first reported at 12:40 am by dispatch as having ocurred at 1001 Cambridge Street in front of Richies Shell – the investigators “19″ again was called to where “Danny” had escaped at the Shell on Memorial Drive. Danny and the Shell Clerk – described two middle eastern men both 5’9” slender – one was dark with dark clothing and the other was white with slight facial hair. The BOLO issued following this event was for two middle eastern men both 5’9” slender – one was dark with dark clothing and the other was white with slight facial hair – and that they were possibly heading for Manhatten. They were wanted in connection with the Collier shooting. Now if I recall Tamerlan was 6’4” 230 lbs – so how did Danny and the Shell clerk get that wrong. How did those guys reviewing that surveillance tape above Strata get that wrong? How did those brothers throw bombs out of there cars if they both were driving – oh yes Danny said so.
And why did dispatch know to go to send officer “16″ to 81 Dexter – simply from a lo-jack ping.
The point is – I transcribed 7 hours of tape from the 4 police departments – and son – I have barely scratched the surface – it gets worse.

Don’t confuse what idiots with facts? The police scanner recordings(which are available for your listening pleasure)do state a different description .Or are you referring to the clerk at the gas station that originally described the ‘carjack victim’ as a WHITE MAN between the ages of 20-25 years old.His story changed later on.Listen to the police scanner recordings, and watch video,or read some news articles, before you go running off at the mouth about things you nothing about!

So,you fear you may be stalked;sounds like wishful thinking to me.If that’s an ‘actual’ photo of you,I don’t think you have any need for concern.Besides,I’m sure you’ll be perfectly safe in your mother’s basement.Or as you like to call it;Thuper Legirons Thecret Lair.

          • Legirons

If you can’t identify that photo you are too stupid to discuss anything with, but then we already knew that didn’t we whackjob? Do some studying, learn some history, get to know who is in power. I don’t blame you for your stupidity. It’s probably genetic.

          • Danielle Davito

If it somebody I am supposed to recognize, then it is a terrible photograph of them. And as for my genetics,I come from a long line of genius level I.Q.s.Oh,say ‘hi’ to your mom for me.

          • Legirons

they always say there is a short distance between genius and madness. Apparently out of your family you made the trip. Go tell a doctor about your crazy theories, maybe they can help you. Your family I am sure is tired of your crazy hind end. And the picture is an easily identifiable political figure, that you are too stupid to figure it out, while claiming genius intellect further proves that your pomposity is only exceeded by your lunacy.

        • Ghazal Modarresi

Well how come on the police scanner the description of the suspect who shot Coller does not match the Tsarnaev brothers? And how come the gas station clerk described “Danny” as being Caucasian?

        • kiki davis

they also claimed the Tsanraev brothers were responsible for the 7-11,but they weren’t.

    • Ghazal Modarresi

No he was unarmed. Even the police said he was unarmed. So they locked down the whole town for a unarmed teenager and then shot at him while he was in the boat? I laugh at these people who think that they are heroes. They are really cowards who shot at an innocent person on a boat and then lied about it and said that he was the one who shot himself. I can’t believe you still trust them and believe everything they are saying

      • ednastvincent

What kind of friggin idiot are you? NOW we know he is unarmed. At the time? Were you here, in Boston? No one knew anything. He might have been armed. He might have had a suicide vest. He might have had allies. He might have had a detonator for a bomb. No one knew the situation until he came out of the boat and they got their hands on him.

By saying “teenager” do you mean to imply that he is in some way young or innocent? He ruthlessly planned to kill as many people as possible, simply because they were of a different nationality. One family lost an innocent young boy and their daughter lost her leg and they all suffered injuries from this teenager.

I can’t believe you have any sympathy for terrorists. You weren’t there and you have no idea how frightening it was to not know whether there might be a series of bombs, a series of terrorist attacks, whatever. Nothing was known. It’s easy to judge in retrospect.

        • Ghazal Modarresi

He might have? So would you like the police to shoot you because you “might” have weapons?

When they shot him, he was already surrendering and he lifted his shirt and they knew he had no suicide vest or weapons on him. There’s no reason to shoot an unarmed man

          • Legirons

And your tactical training on on scene observations of what they saw and heard while this was going on knowing he had already killed and lobbed bombs leads you to that idiotic conclusion? Sheesh

        • Ghazal Modarresi

And how would you know if he is a terrorist or not? Are you a lawyer or a judge? Only the courts can decide that. Until then, he is an American citizen who deserves the same rights as everyone else.

          • Legirons

Hey moron, you have decided he’s innocent, how is that different from those of us who can actual put two thoughts together and have decided he’s guilty. If you have the right to get on here and post dumbass comments about him being innocent we have the same right to get on here and say this piece of pig shit is guilty and should be dead.

          • Guest

do you think you could control your emotions long enough to post without calling people morons? my kid has more self discipline.

          • Legirons

Oh sorry, did I hurt someone’s feelings? How about you people consider the feelings of the people blown apart in that blast while supporting the man who there is no doubt in any sane person’s mind did it. Your support of this killing scum is the same as if you said the fort hood shooter didn’t kill all those people and I can guarantee you there are people posting here that will do that and say it was a government plot.

          • Guest

i doubt anyone’s feelings were hurt..
the fort hood shooter is a different case than dzhokhar tsarnaev case. one’s opinion about one has nothing to do with the other.

          • Debra Levine

Legirons, are you one of the minimum wage shills working from home for the DHS making sure everyone is discredited who tells the truth. Legirons = paid gov’t shill. Pay no attention to him.

          • Ghazal Modarresi

I did not say whether he was innocent or guilty. Although I have not yet seen any evidence that points to his guilt, it is not my place to make that decision. At least I don’t judge people like you do. And I don’t insult people for having a different opinion.

          • Danielle Davito

Apparently, you can’t put two thoughts together.Otherwise, you would realize how incredibly ugly your posts are.Your venomous,hate-filled tirades are repugnant. The Constitution, and Bill of Rights were established,to protect us from people who think like you.

          • Legirons

No stupid those were written to protect you from the government. Go study up. My posts no matter how graphic can in no way exceed the ugly, venomous, murdering hatred from the muslims in the world. I’m not advocating the murder of non believers, the stoning of women victims of rape or the dismemberment of anyone who draws a cartoon offensive to the middle aged senses of a muslim. So please go F yourself.

          • Danielle Davito

I have ‘studied up’,on a daily basis. What you are overlooking,is that our government is run by ‘people’.What you are suggesting is that ALL Muslims behave in that fashion. What you are implying is that our Bill of Rights,& Constitution, should only apply to SOME people. The ones YOU want it to.

          • Legirons

Our Bill of Rights prevents the government from doing certain things and gives us rights the government cannot infringe or take away. Really, please go study up on who those were written to hold back and who it covers. “Good” muslims follow their book, the ones who are not killing or supporting the killers keep their mouths shut because their fellow good muslims would target them as well. http://thereligionofpeace.com/ go study up on all the wonderful things the muslims have done this month. I would support all practicing muslims kicked out of the US. Their religion is not compatible with our freedoms. They move here and then try to change our system. F- Them individually and as a group.

          • Danielle Davito

Amendment 1 addresses the threat of oppression by the Catholic Church;it’s number 1 for a reason.

          • Danielle Davito

Israeli Jews have gotten ‘busted’ twice over the passed three years, for killing Palestinians, for the sheer purpose of harvesting their body parts.Rabbis even got busted here in the states over the same thing.I don’t hear any big outcries from anyone over that. Aww,the poor Jews. They went through a holocaust.People are failing to realize that the Muslims endured the same, under the Nazis,in the North Caucuses of Russia.Maybe if everyone would stop kicking the Muslims off their land, and stealing their livelihoods, the ‘good’ Muslims would actually become, good.

I find this photo here interesting.

    http://cdn1.bostonmagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/113_4563.jpg

It was shot immediately after Tsarnaev was pulled off the boat. You see
him lying on his back with his knees bent. He is surrounded by several
    uniformed policemen.

And there is also one guy with a blue cap, kneeing behind Tsarnaev, obviously embracing him or keeping him in a certain position, and doing something with his right hand (which we can’t see).

In this photo here, which was shot shortly before

    http://cdn1.bostonmagazine.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/113_4559.jpg

it looks like the guy with the blue cap has some item in his right hand. We can safely assume that he had this item in his hand in the first photo, too.

What was he doing there with this item? This was before medical personnel arrived.

I think that’s when they shot him in the mouth. Look at the gun.

    • public_servant_watch

I have a picture of an FBI Agent wearing what appears to be the same type vest and same type/color hat but I can’t say for sure it is the same person so I am not going to post it. The front of the vest in the picture I have has FBI in yellow big letters on the front of the vest!

    • Guest

it looks to me like the cap guy is at tsarnaev’s feet. you can kinda make out the zipper in one photo.

look how they shoot at him … you can clearly hear him screaming. look at how many fires were shot this is nothing!he was already injured and the flash grenades thrown at him! its not whether you think he is guilty or not its about how they treated a unarmed boy its just disgusting!

Leave aside the fact that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been convicted of nothing and is thus entitled to a presumption of innocence. The reason to care what happens to him is because how he is treated creates precedent for what the US government is empowered to do, including to US citizens on US soil. When you cheer for the erosion of his rights, you’re cheering for the erosion of your own.”

  • nathanlive

Honestly, people forget that he’s a human being just like everyone else. It’s because the media makes him out to seem like he’s some kind of monster even though he hasn’t been tried in court yet. It’s sad and irritating that the media has the immense power to create a reality for majority of people and that they live their lives not questioning a single thing.

  • Daria

What kind of heroism of the police can be a speech, if they shot an unarmed man. In doing so they could not know – really he is a criminal or not. This means that every who turned in a similar situation, not being able to tell his part of the story will be shot. Sorry, but the U.S. really becoming a police state

in the pics where the tarp is up, doesn’t it look like the hood of his hoody is sewn or something on the tarp? in the sixth pic, the hoody looks like it is getting pulled uphill. not drawing any conclusions, but my eyes see what they see…
it’s crazy, that plastic goes everywhere his hood goes, once the tarp is up high. this whole case is bullshit.

Only in America do EMT’s save you so that you can have a fair trial and possibly become an internet sensation.

‘Tis noble, but not exactly expedient.

    • disqus_n6McKba8wi

Only in America do EMT’s save you so that you can have a fair trial and possibly become an internet sensation.

That why I love this country. Excellent!!

      • Norman Robinovitz

Thank you for sharing your view. And loving this country.

    • karenvista

We’re not talking “fair trial” here, we’re talking about FBI entrapment.
The FBI obviously knew who these brothers were. They had been in contact with Tamerlan for years through their informant “Misha.”
Stop believing the BS. Be afraid, be very afraid-that’s what they want. That’s why 17 out of 20 “terrorist” arrests have involved FBI agents provocateurs.
They think they can control us by instilling fear (and it’s true) but only if you allow yourself to be terrorized. Don’t allow yourself to be terrorized. It’s up to you if you want to be chickenshit!
Look up the 1993 World Trade Center bombing and you will find it was done by the FBI!

      • Norman Robinovitz

I think it’s probably too soon for you to stop taking the meds.

    • Danielle Davito

Saved by EMTs,what the hell are you talking about? He was saved by a hostage negotiation team, because HE was the hostage! Are suggesting that he isn’t entitled to a fair trial? You seem to believe it’s a priviledge, not a right. ALL citizens are entitled to a fair trial, even those already ‘found guilty’ in the court of public opinion!

      • Norman Robinovitz

He was hardly a citizen. Obtained it by fraud; which was borne out in his behavior.

    • Danielle Davito

Expediency isn’t always the best way to go,just ask your girlfriend!

      • Norman Robinovitz

I think this is the point where I say something about your mother and then you say…

        But who really cares.

  • Ashley Diane Henry

Only in America can the US government be seen having a “drill” that just so happens to coincide with an actual terror attack, not just once, BUT SEVERAL FREAKING TIMES!!!! A drill was underway when 9/11, The Oklahoma City Bombings, The Aurora Theater Shooting, Sandy Hook, and NOW The Boston Marathon Bombings!!
    Really though?
Should I be insulted because the government must think we are pretty fucking stupid for them to actually think we’d accept that they were having drills during every major terror attack or should I be concerned with the harsh reality that the majority of the people did believe the governments bullshit – it’s no wonder they think we’re stupid – the majority of the people aren’t even awake…
So I guess it’s safe to say that only in America are people so fucking stupid that they aren’t able to piece two and two together and come to the conclusion that the Government is the fucking terrorist and they have been fucking their own people for years and your all just fine with being raped by your government because half the time you don’t even have a clue!
WAKE THE FUCK UP BEFORE THE GOVERNMENT PUTS YOU TO SLEEP, FOR GOOD…

    • public_servant_watch

Thank you! After listening and reading all day about these these corrupt bastards and their “show” court proceedings where they exercised their psychopathic tax supported powers regarding a time line for a decision on if they will put this innocent kid to death, I’m suffering exhaustion from being so pissed and you worded my thoughts perfectly!! Fake court again and not one local reporter in that court room said the words Judge O’Toole and referred to him as only “the Judge” and as per usual fraudulent orders followed!! Simulated proceedings as these bastards continue their covert torture of the awake population!! It is highly doubtful that an actual US District Judge was sitting on the bench or has any authority over this case and if he does; he needs to be IMPEACHED!!

My letter to Pres. from February, re: Hadiya Pendleton, Chicago teen shot 1/29/13

      February 27, 2013

      Mr. President:

First, Keith Ellison is a socialist jerk who needs to switch
to decaf. Saw him on TV.

Next, have you gone for counseling yet, like I suggested?
You told Republicans to quit talking about the spending problem. You couldn’t
bear to hear them say it yet again. You told them you had solved the deficit, because
you had solved the expense of health care. You view yourself as the fixer, yet
today, we learn your business-obliterating Obamacare is going to run us $6
trillion as doctors become scarce among the elderly of Florida, and soon to come to a state near
      you, and me, and everyone.

You are quite ill, indeed. So you seek refuge among your
audience. You run away from Congress, hop on your special little plane, and go where
you are feelin’ the love – the love of the low information voter, a term which
incidentally has already been abbreviated to “lo fo” who will be in for a helluva shock when the
      gov’t faucet gets turned off.

Rahm Emmanuel is another person who is delusional – and
needs professional help. Instead of sweeping the streets of thugs, he politely,
calmly, petulantly begs for the gang bangers to leave children alone, but fails
and fails to make his streets safe. Perhaps he needs to come out of the closet,
for his visits to bathhouses are documented, and legendary as he spends more
time “auditioning” young men than he does fighting crime. We might even get to find out why Ashley
Turton had to die- she, after all, kept track of visitors to the pad he rented
from Rosa DeLauro during his wild Washington
days. I’m surprised he isn’t taking a trip to the Vatican to get in on all the action
      there.

But what I really wish to talk about today, is the death of
that dear little girl in Chicago, 15 year old Hadiya Pendleton.

      The realm of possibility:
      sometimes big, sometimes small.

      Could there be the
slightest sliver of a chance, a tiny. remote possibility that the White House
website petition to invite you to the funeral of Hadiya Pendleton, could have
been written almost before she was actually assassinated? She was killed on
January 29th around 2:30 p.m., yet the petition was in full swing almost
immediately, with the first signature being anonymous, (I looked it up) as Jay
Carney claimed to be clueless about it.

      Here’s a quote from January 31st:…………………………………………………………..

“As the nation mourns the death of 15-year-old
Hadiya Pendleton, the Chicago teen who just performed with the King College
Prep High School drill team at the Inauguration of President
Barack Obama, the White House issued a statement expressing
condolences, reports the Los Angeles Times.

“The president and first lady’s thoughts and prayers are with the family of
Hadiya Pendleton,” White House spokesman Jay Carney said
      Wednesday.

In response to inquiries about the official petition that has begun
circulating, urging the president to return to Chicago to honor the brief life
of the girl who performed for him just 10 days ago, Carney said that he had no
knowledge of the petition nor of any scheduling changes……………………………………………………………….”

So. An instantaneous petition is begun. As likely as an instantaneous
reaction to a cheap anti-Muslim video.

I heard about the Hadiya Pendleton petition immediately on the radio, yet
      Carney knew absolutely nothing.

The family of Hadiya was still in shock and grieving as any parent’s worst
      nightmare came true, yet some
professional sounding writer pens the petition within hours?

      Here’s a quote:…………………………………………………………………………

      “The petition reads as follows

      “As Newtown
swirls down the memory hole and passion to implement sane gun control gets
sidetracked by whatever the latest Congressional bullshit circus will be,
President Obama should stand up and take advantage of a tragic opportunity to
keep the anti-gun violence movement engaged.

Sixteen-year-old Hadiya Pendleton, a sophomore at the selective enrollment
King College Prep, a young woman who performed in the King Band at Obama’s
Second Inauguration, was shot to death Tuesday afternoon in a South Side
      Chicago park.

From the National Mall in the District of Columbia
to Harsh Park in the 4400 block of South Oakenwald Avenue.
From the inauguration to the mortuary. In eight days………………………………………………………………………………….…”

And then there’s the curious link line:

      http://slog.thestranger.com/slog/archives/2013/01/29/obama-should-be-attending-this-funeral

      Created: Jan 30, 2013…………………………………………………………….”

So, why does the http line say 1/29 but the petition claims to be created on
      January 30?

That last line: “From the inauguration to the mortuary” sounds like it was
written by a professional writer. Thoughtful, with time spent on it. Not thrown
together. Planned. perhaps before Haditha’s death.

And then , you are quoted:

“When asked about Hadiya’s murder in an interview with Telemundo, the POTUS
said “the problem is that a huge proportion of those guns come in from outside Chicago.”

So, a girl is dead, and immediately, you
speculate about guns, saying that their origin, and not the hand of the
murderer, is the reason Hadiya died.

I actually began this letter two days ago, and just found out yesterday that
ABC censored the way the First Lady inaccurately described the murder weapon,
from the original quote” Here’s what the First Lady said:…………………………………..

“She was standing out in a park with her friends in a neighborhood blocks
away from where my kids…grew up, where our house is. She had just taken a
chemistry test. And she was caught in the line of fire because some kids had
some automatic weapons they didn’t need,” she said. “I just don’t want to keep
disappointing our kids in this country. I want them to know that we put them
      first.”……………………………………….

I noticed the posture of the first lady. She was slouching, and her bangs
practically covered her eyes. She almost looked embarrassed to be there. Well,
I guess “automatic weapons” fit the gun-yanking agenda better, but a handgun
was used. Strange how she blames the weapon, and not the holder of the weapon.

Back to the would-be ballerina Mayor . Here’s a quote:

“Mayor Rahm Emmanuel said that Hadiya’s senseless death is
      a loss for the city:

“She had dreams,” Emanuel said. “And these – this gang-banger, this punk –
took that away from [her mother] Cleopatra, they took it away from Hadiya and,
in my view, they took it away from the city of Chicago.”

“A child going to school, who takes a final exam, who had just been to
inaugural,” said an emotional Emanuel. “And I think if anybody has any
information, you are not a snitch, you’re a citizen. You’re a good citizen in
      good standing if you help……………………………………………………………………………………..”

So, Rahm begins to say “these” then changes it to “this punk”. . Perhaps if he spent less time in bathhouses,
he’d get punks and criminals off the streets.

      Here’s another quote:…………………………………………………………………

      “CHICAGO —
Hadiya Pendleton had just been buried. First lady Michelle Obama and Mayor Rahm
Emanuel were at the 15-year-old’s packed funeral to comfort her heartbroken
      parents.

Her alleged killers, meanwhile, were gearing up to party at a strip club,
      police said.

They didn’t make it, getting pulled over and collared by Chicago cops set on solving a murder that
drew national attention and again thrust the city into the gun violence
      spotlight.

The alleged killers —Michael Ward, 18, and Kenneth Williams, 20 — were
charged in the murder of Hadiya, who was shot and killed in late January, a week after
attending President Barack Obama’s inauguration with the King College Prep
      school band, police said.

Police Supt. Garry McCarthy said Ward was the shooter and Williams drove the
      getaway car.

Ward, on probation for a gun conviction, confessed to investigators, saying
he shot into Hadiya’s group in retaliation for Williams being shot over the
summer. But the group he sprayed with bullets weren’t in gangs and had nothing
to do with the earlier shooting, McCarthy said.

In addition to the first-degree murder charges, Williams, of the 3900 block
of South Lake Park Avenue, and Ward, of the 300 block of West 59th Street, each were charged with
two counts of attempted first-degree murder and two counts of aggravated
      battery/discharge of a firearm.

McCarthy said at a news conference Monday night that the shooting was an
attempt at retaliation for a July shooting in which Williams was shot in the
      arm at 39th Street
      and Lake Park Avenue.
      McCarthy
said police made an arrest in that incident, but “Williams refused to
      prosecute……………………………………………………………………..”

Let’s stop right here for a second: There was an opportunity way back in
JULY for the accused to press charges against a rival gang, yet here it is 6 MONTHS LATER on January 29th,
the exact day and time that Hadiya was out in public, that they wait to get
      their street revenge?

      Another quote:

“ Two days before the shooting, police pulled over Ward in a white 2011
Nissan in an unrelated traffic stop. After Hadiya’s slaying, neighbors
described the car used in the shooting, which matched the description of the
car Ward had been in during the traffic stop……………………………………………”

So the two JUST HAPPENED to be at the pulled over in an “unrelated” traffic
stop TWO DAYS BEFORE HADIYA GOT SHOT?????? And she JUST HAPPENED to be known to
the White House, having participated at your inauguration? Whole heap of
      “coincidences” here.

“Ward crept up toward Hadiya’s group, who the two mistook for those
responsible for Williams’ shooting, police said. Ward “sprayed” the
crowd with bullets, McCarthy said, before jumping in a car that Williams drove
away. The two took turns driving after that, he said………………………………………………………………………………”

Again, let’s stop. “ Sprayed with Bullets”? Yet a young boy was wounded, (who
still has not been interviewed) and
Hadiya received just one lethal bullet. A dozen people present, and only Hadiya
is killed yet the group was sprayed with bullets?

      The article continues:

“McCarthy said Ward has “confessed” to being the shooter and
“indicated that Hadiya is not the intended target. … In fact the
      offenders had it all wrong.”

McCarthy lamented that police weren’t able to break the
“no-snitch” code. Although many tips came in, no one came forward and
identified Ward or Williams on their own, he said.

Police eventually tracked down Ward and Williams, who were arrested Saturday
      night near 67th Street
      and Martin Luther King Drive.
They were on their way to a strip club party, cops said. Police brought in
witnesses, who allegedly identified Ward and Williams in lineups.

Interviews with witnesses continued Monday when a witness who had been on
vacation returned to town, officials said.

“We did not get our target audience to step up. The community provided
a lot of tips. None of them panned out, nor did they lead to closure,”
McCarthy said. Officials said it remains unclear who will collect the $40,000
reward that had been offered for help in solving the slaying.

He said it was detectives’ “stubbornness, their hard work that has
      brought us to this point.”

“The breaks in this case came from good police work,” McCarthy
      said.

Ward’s aunt, Gina, said she saw him Saturday, before he was arrested.

“He was over here Saturday. He said he was going to a party. I told him to
be careful. And from there, they arrested him,” Gina Ward said. “I
pray for him all the time. I hope he didn’t do that. I don’t think he would do
something like that. Not my nephew.”

Gina Ward said her nephew was enrolled in classes to get his high school
      equivalency diploma at Malcolm
      X College.

“He was trying to get himself together. I told him you can’t depend on your
so-called friends. You have to get your own life together,” she said. “I don’t
      know what happened.”

McCarthy said the shooting wouldn’t have happened if Illinois
had harsher penalties for gun offenders, including mandatory minimum jail
sentences similar to those in effect in New
York. Ward was arrested on gun charges in 2011 and
      received probation.

“As if the story couldn’t get any worse, ladies and gentlemen, it
did,” McCarthy told a room full of reporters at the Monday night news
conference. “This incident didn’t have to occur. Michael Ward was arrested
in 2011 for unlawful use of a firearm. If mandatory minimums existed in the
      state of Illinois,
Michael Ward would not have been in the state to complete this heinous act.

“We’re talking about saving lives,” McCarthy said.

The two men will be in bond court Tuesday, the same day Hadiya’s relatives
are set to attend Obama’s State of the Union address in Washington, D.C.

      Obama plans
to visit Chicago Friday to discuss gun violence.

First lady Michelle Obama attended Hadiya’s funeral Saturday………………………..”

      Like so many occurrences
of the Obama years, things don’t add up.

      The Chicago
police cover up of the murder of Donald Young, the openly gay choir director of
Jeremiah Wright’s church, DOESN’T ADD UP. The murder of Ambassador Chris
Stevens DOESN’T ADD UP. The death of Alex
Okrent DOESN’T ADD UP. Navy Seals herded into the death chamber of a Chinook
helicopter DOESN’T ADD UP. The death of former Pentagon employee John Wheeler
DOESN’T ADD UP. The Murder of Hadiya
Pendleton DOESN’T ADD UP. The role that John Brennan paid in the 2008 passport
office break-in that saw the murder of Lt. Quarles Harris DOESN’T ADD UP. The death of Kam Kuwata,
ignored by his former employer Diane Feinstein DOESN’T ADD UP. The timing of
      the March 1st “heart attack”
death of Andrew Breitbart, in light of his possible knowledge of 2008
Presidential election voter fraud DOESN’T ADD UP. Bettina Viviano claiming team Obama 2008 threats
on the life of Chelsea Clinton and the unexplainable silence of Bill and Hill DOESN’T
      ADD UP.

      The ultimate calculator? The truth.

    dear Mr. President:
I am not endeared to his looks or age, or the fact that he had a screw up life, lots of people do and do not do some evil things to innocent people, as murder or maiming. I believe in eyewitnesses, video, pictures and legal docs to know enough that you have the right man in custody.
So forget these sympathizes, Boston has the right man in custody.

Yes keep cheering them on! Your rights are being diminished, but who cares, right? “USA!..USA!”..idiots.
