Samaritans of Boston 30th Anniversary

The Samaritans of Boston recently celebrated the agency's 30th Anniversary with a gala reception at the John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse. The agency recognized the 3,000 volunteers along with corporations and charitable organizations that have allowed the Samaritans to reduce the incidence of suicide in Greater Boston by befriending individuals in crisis and educating the community about effective prevention strategies.
