The Back Bay Association, which focuses on ensuring the continued commercial strength of Boston's Back Bay and improving, promoting, and protecting the quality of life in the Back Bay, hosted its annual fundraising event, "The Best of Back Bay," on November 10 at the Four Seasons Hotel Boston. Four Seasons General Manager, Peter O'Colmain, hosted the Best of Back Bay auction which raised $85,000 for the Back Bay Association. Those who attended were also treated to a sweet surprise at the end of the evening-a gluttonous 300-dessert buffet prepared by Four Seasons Pastry Chef Tim Fonseca, who also serenaded the crowd with R&B tunes from his latest CD.
