Mayor Thomas M. Menino helped launch the second Annual Boston Arts Festival at the opening reception on September 9 at the Colonnade Hotel. The Festival itself was held on September 11 and 12 at the Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park where more than 75 exceptional visual artists exhibited and sold one-of-a-kind and limited edition works of art.
