Carroll Center for the Blind Reception

On 09/24 Carroll Center for the Blind held a reception to honor the new president of the organization, former Massachusetts State Representative Michael Festa. Several local politicians were in attendance along with Carroll Center for the Blind Board Chairman Dr. Dean Wasserman.
