On Sunday, 10/18, how2heroes hosted the how2heroes Hoedown at The Herb Lyceum in Groton, MA. Chefs Will Gilson/Garden at The Cellar, Paul Callahan/The Herb Lyceum, Evan Percoco/BOKX 109 American Prime and Brian Poe/Rattlesnake Bar & Grill joined Lynne Viera and the how2heroes team to celebrate fall with an afternoon of fun, food, how-to demos and live bluegrass music. Guests donned their best hoedown attire and enjoyed a whole-roasted pig, brisket sliders, wild boar tacos, apple cider and sampling of sweet desserts.
