The Silk Road Gala was held at the Mandarin Oriental on 10/17, as a benefit for the Asian Task Force Against Domestic Violence. Guests tasted the finest cuisine from across Asia and around the world, including that of featured guest, Chef Ming Tsai of Blue Ginger restaurant and star of WGBH's Simply Ming. The night also included appearances by several guest celebrity chefs.
