Cheese Making Class at Rialto

Chef Jody Adams invited Amy Rowat, a Harvard scientist who often uses food as a medium to promote science education, to join herself and Lourdes Fiore Smith, the founder and owner of Fiore di Nonno cheese, to a recent cheese making class at Rialto. Students learned how to make homemade ricotta cheese, and enjoyed fresh mozzarella created by Fiore Smith.
