On 7/29 Craigie on Main hosted the 2010 Celebrity Chef Tour. The Celebrity Chef Tour began in 2004 as a way to bring the unique experience of dining at New York City's historic James Beard House to cities around the country. At each Celebrity Chef Tour dinner, some of the nation's top chefs come together to create a fantastic multiple course dinner paired with premium wines, beers, and spirits. The Celebrity Chef Tour travels to cities around the country including New York City, Chicago, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, San Diego, Philadelphia, and Baltimore among others. Proceeds benefit the James Beard Foundation's programming and educational initiatives.
