FlipMe!

On 9/16 Boston singles gathered at Pairings in the Park Plaza Hotel for the launch of a new (offline!) dating service, FlipMe™. The dating cards are designed to encourage face-to-face and "love at first sight" interaction. Fun, flirty men and women were provided with complimentary dating cards to "flip" potential mates. Party guests who were flipped then had the opportunity to visit the www.flipmedating.com site on one of several iPads provided at the event to find out who was interested in them. It's as simple as looking, liking and flipping. Guests fueled up on concoctions such as the Flippin Soda, Flip on the Beach, and the Olive to Flip. Creators John and Rachel DeAlto, who met through a "flip" experience of their own, served as the poster couple and hosts of this brilliant and trendy new dating concept mixer. NECN TV Diner's Jenny Johnson was also there to help host the bash.
