The fifth annual MSPCA-Angell Animal Tales Gala took place earlier this month and was an undisputed success, raising more than $480,000 for animals in need. Everyone from Aerosmith’s Tom Hamilton to Jason Varitek attended the furry fundraiser, which was held at the WGBH studios. Highlights included a grand auction — complete with prizes that ranged from a private sailing experience to brunch with Jason Varitek — a series of animal success stories, and of course: a doggie fashion show on the runway.
