Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center’s annual the One Hundred Dinner took place at the Westin Waterfront hotel early this June. The dinner, one of the hospital's most celebrated annual fundraisers, honored 100 individuals and organizations who have battled against cancer. This year's keynote speaker, Matt Damon, brought forward his father's own fight against the disease and the ongoing help and care provided by the hospital. Also at the event were actor Chris Cooper, actress and screenwriter Marianne Leone Cooper, Senator John Kerry and Aerosmith bassist, Tom Hamilton. Proceeds went to support cancer research and patient care.
