Boston Public Library "Home Front" Opening Reception

On June 10th, 2011, the Boston Public Library held an opening night reception for "Home Front: Boston and the Civil War," one of four major public exhibitions to honor the 150th anniversary of the Civil War. The exhibits are assembled from the library's enormous collection — one of the finest in the country. This reception was sponsored by the Associates of the Boston Public Library.
