The moment everyone had waited for occurred on Saturday, September 24 as the first fashion show of Fashion Week commenced. Prior to the show, VIPs were able to hit the lounge in the Mandarin Oriental with cocktails before taking their seats. Designers Emily Muller, Michael De Paulo and Tonya Mezrich’s line Mike & Ton, and Michael De Paulo’s self-titled label were the first to hit the runway. Models prepared in the back using JOICO products and a fabulous team of local hair and makeup professionals.
