Over My Shoulder Thank Your Mentor Day Reception

The Over My Shoulder Foundation celebrated “Thank Your Mentor Day” on January 25 with a reception attended by Patti Austin, musician and foundation co-founder. Austin congratulated the winners of 2011's Design New England Mentors in Design Award (MIDDIES). Other significant guests included Brighton attorney Rick Dyer and Assistant Program Director at Magic 106.7, who both discussed their experiences with mentoring. The foundation is a media-based project whose goal is to raise awareness about the impact of mentoring.
