YMCA Achievers Recognition Event

On Tuesday, March 13 at Boston Marriott Copley Place, the YMCA of Greater Boston including, Kevin Washington, YMCA of Greater Boston CEO, Harold Sparrow, YMCA of Greater Boston Senior VP of Operations and Urban Agenda, Renee Harper, Assistant VP and Controller, Liberty Mutual Insurance and co-chairperson of Y Achievers Board of Directors, and Phillip Hillman, Director, Department of Industrial Accidents, Commonwealth of Massachusetts and co-chairperson of Y Achievers Board of Directors, honored 40 minority leaders from Boston’s most prestigious employers for their commitment as volunteers of the YMCA Achievers program at the Achievers Recognition Event. The 40 members of the 2011 class provided a minimum of 40 hours of service each to the Achievers program. The Achievers Recognition Event was the program’s largest fundraiser.
