Joslin Diabetes Center's A Spoonful of Ginger

On Monday, March 26th, The 8th Annual Joslin Diabetes Center’s A SPOONFUL OF GINGER once again featured Boston’s finest chefs from 25 area eateries for a food tasting like none other at the beautiful Museum of Fine Arts new Art of the Americas Wing! Guests enjoyed an evening of gourmet dishes inspired by the delectable taste of ginger and prepared by some of Boston’s most renowned chefs, including Jasper White, Andy Husbands, Gordon Hamersley, Ting San, Evan Deluty, Joanne Chang, Brian Reyelt, Jacky Robert and Jose Duarte. Proceeds from the event benefited Joslin Diabetes Center’s Asian American Diabetes Initiative (AADI) which strives to enhance the quality of life and health outcomes for the rising number of Asian Americans living with diabetes, as well as working with Joslin in their commitment to finding a cure.
