Literary Lights Dinner

The 24th annual Literary Lights Dinner was presented by the Associates of the Boston Public Library on Sunday, April 15th, in the Grand Ballroom at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel. Six authors with local roots were honored: Amy Chua, Mary Higgins Clark, Michael Korda, Siddhartha Mukherjee, Stephen Prothero, and Isabel Wilkerson. The dinner's keynote address was given by Newburyport author Andre Dubus III. The Associates of the Boston Public Library is an independent charitable organization dedicated to conserving and digitizing the Boston Public Library's Special Collections of rare books, manuscripts, prints and drawings, musical scores and items of historical importance.
