Max Warburg Courage Curriculum's Annual Awards Luncheon

Marking the release of the "The Courage of Boston’s Children, Volume XXI," the Max Warburg Courage Curriculum's Luncheon at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel honored 45 sixth grade students from Boston area public schools. The book is a collection of student essays written on courage. Mayor Thomas M. Menino presented the Max Warburg Fellow medals with Stephanie Warburg to each of the 45 students. The students also received a copy of the keynote speaker Mitali Perkin's most recent novel "Bamboo People."
