On 11/11 Jonathan Adler opened its new location on Newbury Street with an evening to benefit Kids Can Cook (KCC). KCC is an educational, after-school experience for children in urban areas to learn valuable lessons through the art and science of cooking. What began as one cooking class with eight students has now grown into a program which serves over 100 students a year.

On 11/11, Ted Baker celebrated the opening of its new Newbury Street location with a Mad Hatter Tea Party. From November 12-17, five percent of all Ted Baker proceeds will go to Community Servings to support their home delivered meals program for the critically ill.

On 11/6 mentor's from Boston Public Schools celebrated the Boston Public Library with Mayor Thomas M. Menino and 300 guests at the Boston Public Library in Copley Square. The event raised $460,000 to help support youth programs and services at the Central Library in Copley Square and the 26 neighborhood branches. The celebration began with a cocktail reception where guests enjoyed the exhibit Cool + Collected–Treasures of the BPL, followed by an elegant dinner in Bates Hall.

On 11/05, DJ Mom Jeans, aka Danny Masterson from That '70s Show, spun the opening party for Ben Sherman, which was hosted by Ben and Tonya Mezrich. It included a British-themed menu by Cafeteria, cocktails by SVEDKA, and bar by KiBar. A Ben Sherman afterparty was also held as part of the Liberty Hotel's FashionablyLATE series, with Danny as a special guest DJ, a Ben Sherman fashion show, and surprise celebrity guest Chris Evans.
