Three years in the making, the renovation of Medford’s landmark St. Francis of Assisi schoolhouse is complete, and the 18 luxe units of One St. Clare are currently for sale with move-in dates available as early as next month. With a range of two-bedroom flats and triplex condominiums, prices start at $399,000 for an entry-level unit, and go to $749,000 for the two-bedroom penthouse. Designer Erin Gates developed the layout and selected the interior finishes to achieve a clean-lined, classic look. Property amenities include on-site parking, keyless building entry, and in-unit laundry facilities.

Inside the 1,400-square-foot penthouse, the three-floor layout has two bedrooms and two baths. An expanded loft and private outdoor spaces are highlights of the third level. Like all units, high ceilings and large windows are features of the design.
