Baseball fans hope for unexpected opportunities come fall, but the chance to wake up in Fenway Park with a view of the Green Monster is entirely new.

On September 2, the Red Sox will invite two lucky fans for a game and sleepover—marking the first time the park will open its doors to overnight guests. While partnering with Airbnb, which is known for unique getaways, Curt Schilling will play host for the night.

“There are very few things that you can do anymore and say, no one in the world has ever done this. This is one of those things,” Schilling tells Yahoo Sports.

In addition to VIP treatment, the chance to hang out with Schilling, and the photo ops of a lifetime, the prize also includes airfare and transportation to the ballpark, dugout box seats in Section 72 for the 4 p.m. game versus the Yankees, a post-game dinner on the right field roof deck, and an overnight stay in one of the park’s suites—newly decked out with team memorabilia. A $500 dollar spending spree at the team store is also included.

The next day, winners will have breakfast on the Green Monster, tour Fenway, and take some swings in the batting cage.

As for house rules, Schilling specifies that shaving is not required, and guests should keep all bloody socks at home.

To win, submit an essay on why an overnight stay at Fenway would be a dream come true to Airbnb by midnight on August 20. A panel of judges will select the winner by August 25.
