Brookline has its fair share of beautiful (and pricey) homes, but it hasn’t seen one like this condo in years.

The unit at 120 Seaver Street recently sold for $2,625,000, making it the highest-priced condo to sell in Brookline in the last eight years. The record-breaking unit is part of the Longyear at Fisher Hill.

What makes it so special? The place boasts three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and garage parking for two cars. The 3,300-square-foot space includes an elegant dining room, a covered terrace, a stately study, and a master suite with a walk-in closet. The suite’s master bathroom is finished with marble and has a double vanity. Longyear dwellers also have access to a huge swimming pool.

“The buyers immediately recognized and appreciated the impeccable craftsmanship and details incorporated in this beautiful residence,” said Jamie Genser, the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Brookline agent who handled the sale, in a statement. “It is rare for a three-bedroom condominium with so many custom finishes to be available in this exclusive private gated community.”
