Ever dream of living within smelling distance from the city’s famed Italian eateries? If you don’t mind downsizing a bit, you could move into one of the North End’s cheapest homes for sale, which range from 357 to 902 square feet.

A new report from real estate analytics firm NeighborhoodX lays out the North End’s 10 most affordable condos currently on the market. The list is mostly made up of one-bedroom condos, with a few two-bedrooms and studios mixed in. They ask between $380,000 and $680,000.

The units’ prices per square foot are on par with the rest of the North End. They range from $730 to $1,122, which isn’t far off from the neighborhood’s average price per square foot: $832.

“The affordability of these properties is actually driven by their smaller size,” says Constantine Valhouli, director of research for NeighborhoodX, in a statement. “On a per-square-foot basis, small condos tend to be above the average listing price for a neighborhood—but the smaller sizes tend to make them more affordable in terms of asking prices.”

The cheapest of all is a sunny, second-floor condo on Henchman Street for $379,900. While it’s only a mere 357 square feet, the place is exceedingly charming with exposed brick, an updated kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a modern bathroom. There’s also a $439,000 condo on Lewis Street. The one-bedroom penthouse unit has a renovated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and upstairs, there’s a spacious common roof deck.
