At this Beacon-Hill restaurant, Chef Joseph Margate prepares Modern American dishes using local and sustainable ingredients. CLINK, located at the Liberty Hotel, allows guests to travel back in time to the days of the famous Charles Street Jail. The original jail cells house the butcher block tables and inviting leather seats in an open kitchen dining room. Enjoy dinner at the bar and try the Handcut Pappardelle, with a lamb ragu and Parmesan reggiano or one of the "chef's cocktails" and "Snacks" from the raw bar or artisan cheese selections.
