Ginger Snap Martini

  • 1 1/2 parts GREY GOOSE® La Poire Flavored Vodka
  • 1/2 part DISARONNO® Liqueur
  • 1/2 part simple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp molasses
  • 2 1/4-inch thick slices of fresh ginger
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch clove
  • Pinch allspice

Instructions: Place ginger, molasses, simple syrup and spices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, and muddle well. Add ice and remaining ingredients, and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and present with crystallized ginger


Apple Crisp Martini

  • 2 parts GREY GOOSE® L'Orange Flavored Vodka
  • 1/2 part Tuaca® liqueur
  • 3/4 part lemon juice
  • 1/4 small apple, diced
  • 1/2 part simple syrup
  • 1 Tbs. cinnamon sugar
  • Lemon wedge

Instructions: Rub the juicy side of the lemon wedge on the outside lip of a chilled wine glass, then roll the glass lip in the cinnamon sugar. Place apples and simple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, and muddle well. Add ice and remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously, and strain into the prepared glass over ice.


Chalet Cider

  • 2 parts GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Flavored Vodka
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 3/4 part simple syrup
  • 1/4 part Green Chartreuse (optional)
  • 3 parts sparkling cider
  • Dried apple chip

Instructions: Place mint leaves and simple syrup in the bottle of a cocktail shaker and muddle well. Add ice, GREY GOOSE Le Citron and green chartreuse (if desired), and shake vigorously. Pour ice and all into a highball glass and top with sparkling cider. Present with a dried apple chip.


Fireside Martini

  • 1 part GREY GOOSE® Vodka
  • 1/4 part maraschino liqueur
  • 1 part pomegranate liqueur
  • 1/2 part triple sec
  • 1/4 part sweet vermouth
  • 3 dashes angostura bitters
  • Sugar
  • Lemon wedge

Instructions: Rub the juicy side of the lemon wedge on the outside lip of a chilled martini glass, then roll the glass lip in the sugar. Add remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, and strain into prepared glass. Present with a twist.


Peppermint Froth

  • 1 1/2 parts GREY GOOSE® Vodka
  • 1 part peppermint schnapps
  • 1/2 part simple syrup
  • 1/2 part cream

Instructions: Chocolate covered candy sticks for garnish In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients. Shake vigorously, and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Present with chocolate covered candy sticks.


Winter Sunset

  • 1 1/2 parts GREY GOOSE® Vodka
  • 1/4 part maraschino liqueur
  • 1 part pomegranate liqueur
  • 1/2 part triple sec
  • 1/4 part sweet vermouth
  • 3 dashes angostura bitters
  • Sugar
  • Lemon wedge

Pinapple Spice Nog

  • 1 1/2 parts GREY GOOSE® L'Orange Flavored Vodka
  • 4 parts boiling water
  • 4-6 one-inch cubes fresh pineapple
  • 1 heaping tsp brown sugar
  • 1 part madeira or sweet sherry
  • Fresh grated nutmeg
  • Cinnamon stick
  • 1 Tbsp butter (optional)

Instructions: Place all ingredients except butter in a large coffee mug or other heat resistant glass. Stir well to combine. Add butter if desired. Serve hot.


French Creme

  • 1 1/2 parts GREY GOOSE® L'Orange Flavored Vodka
  • 3/4 part LAIRD'S® Applejack
  • 1 part simple syrup or 1 tsp confectioner's sugar
  • 1 part heavy whipping cream
  • Pinch cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and ginger
  • 1/2 part pasteurized egg product (optional)

Instructions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini or wine glass and dust with nutmeg.


Evening Nectar

  • 1 1/2 parts GREY GOOSE® L'Orange Flavored Vodka
  • 1/2 part MANDARINE NAPOLEON® liqueur or other premium orange brandy
  • 1/2 part honey
  • 3/4 part hot water
  • 1/2 part lemon
  • 1/2 part orange juice

Instructions: Pinch star anise powder Add honey and hot water to an empty cocktail shaker, and stir to dissolve. Add remaining ingredients, shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.


Blushing Dutchess

  • 2 parts GREY GOOSE® Vodka
  • 1 part triple sec
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 3 wedges peeled and seeded grapefruit Turbinado sugar (natural, large-crystal raw sugar)

Instructions: Moisten the outside edge of a rocks glass with a grapefruit wedge. Roll the rim of the glass in the Turbinado sugar. Place the sugar and grapefruit in the bottom of a shaker, muddle thoroughly. Add GREY GOOSE Vodka, triple sec and ice. Shake vigorously. Pour drink, including ice and grapefruit, into rimmed glass


The Clement Couleur

  • 1 1/2 parts GREY GOOSE® L'Orange Flavored Vodka
  • 1/2 Clementine, peeled and sectioned
  • 1/2 part triple sec
  • 1/2 tsp sugar

Instructions: In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, place the sugar and Clementine sections and muddle thoroughly. Add GREY GOOSE L'Orange, triple sec and ice. Shake vigorously. Pour drink, including ice and clementines, into rocks glass. To have six or more cocktails ready in advance, peel and section 3 clementines, place in a bowl, add 3 teaspoons sugar and muddle thoroughly. Refrigerate in a sealed container up to 8 hours in advance. When guests arrive, mix drinks as needed.
