Eclectic. Located inside the renovated Copley Square Hotel, Minibar keeps things interesting with its split personality. Weekdays it's a low-key hangout serving up Kobe sliders, pizzas, and panini (try the Cubano sandwich, served with plantain chips) alongside trendy cocktails and martinis. On weekends, though, it's a full-on urban lounge replete with VIP tables and bottle service-not to mention a well-dressed crowd. For primo people-watching, get there early.
