Food Truck Nation, a food truck company that’s the force behind the popular Grilled Cheese Nation truck, is set to debut a brand new lobster-centric truck concept on Harvard’s campus tomorrow. We just hung up with co-owner Todd Saunders, who gave us the lowdown on the truck, dubbed “Lobsta Love.”

Lobsta Love will offer two types of lobster rolls in various sizes ranging from bite-sized to jumbo—one traditional with mayo, and one Asian-inspired. There will also be lobster bisque, lobster mac and cheese, and clam chowder from Cape Cod-based Captain Parker’s Chowder. Down the road, Saunders says to expect crab salad rolls as well.

The truck marks Food Truck Nation’s second at Harvard; an outpost of Grilled Cheese Nation set up shop on campus last Thursday, as part of a new Harvard pilot program to bring more food trucks on campus. We’ve got to say, we wish we had a go-to spot for lobster rolls near our dorm when we were in college. Lucky students. Lobsta Love will be in front of the Science Center on campus in Harvard Square; Saunders hopes the truck will be ready to sling lobster rolls tomorrow, but confirms that it will definitely be up and running by Friday.
