Chicago Sandwich Shop Potbelly Heads to Boston

Sometime in the near future, cult-fave Chicago-based sandwich shop Potbelly will be coming to Boston’s Logan Airport, per a post on Craigslist today. A glorified Subway of sorts, the shop focuses on large subs with pretty standard fillings like meatballs with provolone and marinara, tuna with Swiss, and grilled chicken with cheddar.

I’ve never tried Potbelly, I but know plenty of folks who are huge fans of the spot (which currently has 230 locations around the country).
