The health-minded restaurant chain will be opening an outpost at 659 Boylston Street.

Lunch options will soon become a bit more interesting for those in the Copley area. A  fourth outpost of Joanne Chang’s Flour Bakery will be coming by December, of course, but we’ve also received word of a cafe that will do the trick when your waistband can’t tolerate another gooey stickybun: Sweetgreen, a salad/sandwich/juice press hybrid out of Georgetown, will be opening in the former Ritz Camera space on Boylston Street this spring.

Per the release, the concept bills itself as an “organic, farm-to-table fast casual restaurant.” This translates to salads and wraps containing not-your-average-fast-food ingredients like kale, quinoa, and sriracha, plus pressed juices and tart froyo. Also, we’re kind of geeking out about the nifty way they display their ingredients on their website.

The most specific info we’ve got opening date-wise is “spring,” but we’ll keep you posted as we learn more.
