Preview the Menu for Steel & Rye, Opening in Milton Tonight

As we told you in September, local chef Chris Parsons (formerly of Parsons Table in Winchester) had plans for a grist-mill inspired, seasonally-driven restaurant in Milton. Now, at last, Steel & Rye opens tonight. Thrillist Boston has some impressive photos of the industrial-chic space, which features bright red chairs, woven rugs, and lots of wood and metal accents. Below, find a look at the opening menu, with promising-sounding dishes like lamb meatballs with harissa, sausage-stuffed quail, grilled oysters, and lemon pudding.
