Michael Serpa’s debut (he was formerly at Neptune Oyster) is a refreshing take on pristine seafood in the tourist-trodden neighborhood. It’s heated and covered (in the winter), so year-round, you can enjoy hamachi crudo, taverna-style whole roasted sea bream, and a bottle of one of Serpa’s funky hand-selected wines.
