Here’s Your Chance To Go Nose to Nose with Tony Maws
The James Beard Award winner is set to debut his interactive dining experience.
Want to get up close and personal with one of Boston’s most respected chefs? Starting on April 30, you’ll have that opportunity when Tony Maws debuts his new interactive dining experience at Craigie on Main. Once a month, the James Beard Award winner will man Craigie’s Ringside seats for an intimate group of four diners. Maws will be personally cooking an eight-course menu during which guests will have the opportunity to ask him about spices, sous vide cooking, butchering, or anything else on the culinary front.
There are two seatings per date and reservations are first-come, first-serve. Future dates have yet to be announced, but check back here or follow Craigie on Twitter.
