Profile

Located in a tiny, converted old house, this bistro is elegant and cozy, with a fireplace in just about every tiny room. Chef Brian Houlihan tours the dining room during dinner service to chat about specialties like citrus-glazed duck with cassis jus and poached tilapia with saffron-mussel chowder. Expect simple, uncluttered plates and a staff that knows its wine list.

Its an Irish Tradition for women in Ireland to go out on the 6th of January for "Little Christmas" and a gang of us went to Bia Bistro for dinner and I must say it was fantastic, we were welcomed by Brian and Tristen and were taken care of so well, it was a bonus for us that Brian had family there thats always a great sign when family go there for special occassions, we just had a blast, and were treated so well, all 10 of us are going back and going to recommend the Bia Bistro to others, I already have. Thanks to Bia Bistro for a very pleasent night, the food was out of this world and the hospitality was beyond the beyond. We will be back, sooner rather than late.
