In early 2006, chef Douglas Organ remade his upscale Arbor restaurant into the more laid-back, budget-friendly Café D. The new restaurant's "global kitchen" offers everything from fish tacos and guacamole to spaghetti and meatballs, plus a delicious version of the Arbor signature dish, Moroccan-spiced lamb. No dish costs much more than 20 bucks; however, make sure your expectations of service match the lower prices.
