In an unstable economy, locals can always fall back on $2 beers and the weeknight happy hour menu of tasty bar snacks for $2 and up at the CitySide Bar & Grille. Whether its front-row football watching seats or a spot on the roof deck, there isn’t a bad seat in this Cleveland Circle house.
