A Roslindale standout, with thoughtful pasta preparations and solid entrées such as zuppa di pesce roast pork tenderloin. Italian options from the wine list complete the experience.

Review
We have always loved Delfino's Roslindale, and went the other night for a birthday celebration. Let me just say it was a huge disappointment but everyone has a bad night, and we really love the place but after spending $300.00 I thought it was important to call and let them know. We would have told the server but he was utterly unavailable, a nice guy, but not a great server. The calamari appetizer was awesome as usual but the meal went downhill from there. Three out of 6 got the usually fabulous steak, all agreed, not a great steak that night. Pasta was overcooked but again we understand nobody is perfect. The problem came when I spoke with the owner, let me his reaction in a word was astonishing and not in a good way!!! The man was sooooo rude and actually downright angry, I would not go back there if they were giving the food away. Unbelievable, such an outrageous response that I have to believe it was not the first complaint he had gotten this week/day, he was practically abusive and I would venture to say if he continues with that attitude many more bad days are too follow. Too bad, a once great place, not forever off our list!
