The Cambridge store (with sister shops in the South End and New York City) carries 300-plus cheeses representing nearly every region and technique, from Massachusetts' Carlisle Chabichou to Switzerland's Försterkäse. Also check out the selection of handmade sweets, rare spices, and virgin olive oils.
