This 19th-century diner on wheels pulls into its dedicated parking spot near Providence City Hall every day just before 5 p.m. and doesn't stop cranking out sliders and chili dogs until long after the bars close. The food's great, sure, but it's even more enjoyable to watch what happens when worlds collide as townies, hotshot lawyers, and inebriated Brown students cram into Haven Brothers to get their fix.
