The latest in his line of dining knockouts, L'Andana is chef Jamie Mammano's ode to the rustic cuisine of old-world Tuscany. The decor is a mix of traditional farmhouse —weathered barn board and Italian mosaics — with modern touches, like sleek, high-backed chairs. Dishes come generously proportioned: there are vast bowls of homemade linguine al Nero and tortellini with sweet pumpkin, plates of wood-grilled swordfish and crisp chicken Milanese. Satiated diners can happily loll in overstuffed banquettes and raise their giant wineglasses to the joys of going overboard.
