Named for the muscles around the mouth that create a smile, this restaurant serves up well-made seasonal bistro cuisine that puts a happy face on all types of diners. Couples come to cuddle up in the dimly lit dining room over plates of seared scallops with sea urchin butter and grilled lamb with Algerian spices. Bargain hunters love the $29 prix-fixe that includes a starter, entrée, and dessert. Wine lovers will swoon over the broad and reasonably priced wine list. And just about everyone loves the jazz bands that play almost every night of the week.
